Title: Design Specifications for Motors for Bhaddi Lift
Scheme at Kandi Canal Stage - II Principal Investigator: Dr. C.C. Reddy

QUALIFICATIONS
● Essential: Ph.D in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of Research/Design and Development experience (in Power systems) after the degree, with at least two research papers in an SCI journal and at least 60% marks (or 6.0 grade point out of 10)
● Required: Thorough understanding of industrial switchgear and control paneling needed to run high power AC induction motors. Candidate should be able to understand, design and draw engineering drawings and single line diagrams of the above mentioned in Auto-CAD (Electrical)
● Good written skills and the ability to work independently with multi-tasking
SELECTION PROCESS
● Walk-in interview for the position will be conducted on 21st March, 2023
● Interested candidates should report at the Conference Room (Opposite to Room No. 112, Ground Floor), Dept. of Electrical Engineering, JC Bose Block, IIT Ropar Main Campus (Birla Farms), Rupnagar strictly between 9:30 am and 11:30 am for conduct of interview
● Candidates reporting after 11:30 am will not be considered. Also, the candidates are required to bring attested photocopies of Educational qualifications, Experience certificates etc. along with the completely filled application form (given on the following sheet)
● Please note that NO TA/DA will be given to the candidates called for Interview
