HALAL STANDARDS IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

ANNOTATION

This article analyzes ways to improve the efficiency of implementing the Halal standard. Halal catering areas, restaurants, hotels, canteens, canteens and buffets, self-service outlets, ready- to-eat supermarkets, bakeries and confectioneries, the raw materials used in such areas, preparation, storage and determine consumption requirements.

The introduction of the "Halol" standard in Uzbekistan will allow us to take it to a new level and attract international investment in our country.

The issues of accreditation of the Technical Regulation Agency of Uzbekistan as the official body for issuing a clean certificate and the establishment of cooperation in the development of Malaysia's knowledgeable experience in this regard are being considered.

The Malaysian Department of Islamic Development (JAKIM) is a government agency that issues a "Halal" certificate accrediting testing laboratories and certifies their activities.

The Institute of Latihan Islam was established. Organizes training courses for employees of the institute's testing laboratories on the implementation of ISO standards and the "Halal"

certification system.

To date, JAKIM certificates have collaborated with national certification bodies of 46 countries around the world recognized in Malaysia.

536 standards, creating an environment for the widespread use of standards, and introducing modern methods into compliance evaluation processes. The Malaysian side established and developed cooperation with U.S. partners. he also expressed interest in considering a proposal to open a Center for Halal Certification Experts (Centre of Excellence) in the bukhara region.

At the end of the meeting, agreements were reached with the Department of Islamic Development to submit an official application from Uzbekistan and, together with Malaysia, to establish an expert center for the implementation of halol certification.

"Halol" certification is an activity related to the confirmation (neutrality) of raw materials, supplements, spices, manufactured products, manufacturing facilities, manufacturing facilities (jokes), business management and services provided in accordance with the requirements of the

"Halol" standard. To evaluate compliance with the requirements of the "Halol" standard, to enter voluntary certification, and to evaluate the compliance of products or services produced on the basis of the applicant's requirements with the requirements of the "Halol" standard.

Voluntary certification by the "Halol" standard is carried out under a contract between the applicant and the Uzbek-Turkish Test Center LLC. Certification authority of quality management systems from Turkish accreditation agency TURKAK (Turkish ACCREDITATION AGENCY) by international standard EN ISO/IEC 17021 (accreditation certificate No. AB - 0115-YC horse 04.02.2015 and textile testing laboratory EN ISO/IEC 17025 internationally accredited (accreditation certificate No. AB-1054- Ye horse 05.02.2016), by the certification authority and the testing laboratory issued certificates and test statements are recognized worldwide.

A "clean" certificate is a document issued in accordance with the rules of the certification system to confirm that a particular product or service meets the requirements of the "Halol" standard, including "Clean" products and services allowed for consumption in accordance with Islamic rules and regulations.

A "clean" sign is a sign registered in accordance with the established procedure, which is placed on the product or service document to show that a particular product or service meets the requirements of the "Halol" standard.

Certification audits of certain products or services in accordance with the "Halol" standard are conducted with the participation of believers appointed by the Muslim religious community of the Republic of Uzbekistan and international experts from the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE), and tests confirming the quality, safety and honesty of certified products are carried out in the laboratories of the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE). Upon successful completion of the certification audits, test statements confirming the integrity of products along with internationally recognized "Halol" certificates will be provided.

537 Thus, as a result of certification of products or services in accordance with the requirements of the "Halol" standard, you may have the following advantages in the market:

certificate on the product entails stricter requirements for the production of products based on additional safety requirements, namely, the quality, safety and environmental cleanliness of the product;

- The market for clean products produced is $4.0 trillion, with 20 percent corresponding to the countries of the Organization for Islamic Cooperation (IHT) and the remaining 80 percent to non-Islamist countries (european union, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, etc.).

Currently, the following lawful standards are being implemented by the U.S. Agency for Technical Regulation:

1. "Specific requirements for the use of DSt 3286:2018 for places where clean food and drinks are prepared, stored and sold" (TS 13571:2013 MOD).

2. O‘z DSt 3301:2018 "Halol sertifikatlashtirish idoralariga qo’yiladigan talablar" (TS OIC/SMIIC 2:2011 MOD).

3. Its DSt 3302:2018 "Islamic consumer products - Part 1. Cosmetics and Personal Hygiene- General Guide" (MS 2200:PART 1:2008 MOD).

4. Its DSt 3303:2018 "Islamic consumer products - Part 2. The use of animal bones, skin and wool - a general guide" (MS 2200:PART 2:2013 MOD).

5. DSt 3334:2018 "Tourism Services. Muslim Friendship."—2610:2015 MOD.

6. His DSt 3286:2018 "General Guide to Clean Food Products. Technical conditions" (TS OIC/SMIIC 1:2011 MOD).

Experts believe that in 2025, the share of halal products will be at least 20% of the world's products and 25% by 2030. Today, the CIS countries (Russian Federation, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan), Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Iran, Jordan, Egypt, and

Bahrain have exported their products under the sign "Halol".

The clean tourism industry has been growing rapidly in recent times, and this has been described by experts as an upgrade in the tourism industry. According to the World Tourism Organization, 300-330 million tourists visit some of the most important religious sites in the world every year.
