INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENROLMENT
FOR (NEW ADMISSION) ODD SEMESTER A.Y. 2021-2022
All the Students of B. Tech., PDDC and M. Tech. are informed to follow bellow instruction to submit enrolment registration form in BVM ERP Software System.
1. Visit Internet Lab B (206) B-Building, 1
stFloor.
2. Open any Web Browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer) 3. Type in Address bar/ URL bar: https://erp.bvmengineering.ac.in/
4. Select Academic Year (2021-2022), Semester Group (ODD Semester), User Type:
STUDENT.
5. Enter User Name (STUDENT ID NO) & Password to Login into BVM ERP Software Account
Phase-1:
Set security question and answer for BVM ERP Account Security
Set New Password for BVM ERP Account
Now, Sign-in again in BVM ERP Account using new password.
Phase-2: ENROLMENT
Click on: ENROLMENT FORM
Step-1 Personal and Institute Details
Check all the details as mentioned in this step. Fill the pending details. If any detail is incorrect and non-editable, then contact to counter no-1.
Step-2 Address Details
If Address details are not available or incorrect, then click on ADD ADDRESS.
Enter Country, State, District, Taluko / Region, City / Village, Address Line, Pin code, etc. for both Current Address and Permanente Address.
Step-3 Education Qualification details
If Examination details are not available then click on ADD QUALIFICATION.
Student must enter Examination Name, Seat No/ ID No, Board/ University, Month
& Year of Passing, Result Class, Percentage/CPI/CGPA etc. for Examinations SSC, HSC, Diploma, Graduation (whichever is applicable) in order of qualifying examination as per the Mark Sheets/Certificates.
Step-4 Parents details
If Parents details are not available then click on ADD PARENTS.
Student must enter Parents Relation, Full Name, Aadhar Card No, Mobile No, Email Id, Education Qualification, Occupation, Annual Income, etc. for Father, Mother, Brother, Sister in order.
Phase-3: FINAL ENROLMENT FORM
1. Student must check and verify following details in the final enrolment form:
Personal and Institute details, Address details, Education Qualification details, Parents details, Previous Semester Examination Results details
2. To submit the Form Click on: SUBMIT
3. Sign out from your Account by Clicking on Menu Items SIGN OUT and contact to
Account Office to Pay an Institute Fees.
Institute E-Mail for B. Tech / M. Tech / PDDC
Students are informed to follow the following steps to activate Institute Email id with BVM Engineering college domain.
Go to https://www.google.com/ and Click on Gmail
Sign in with below details.
Enter your User id : <<Your_Student_id>>@bvmengineering.ac.in
For example : Student ID No: 21CP999
Then enter [email protected] and Click Next
Enter Password: Default password is Bvm@1234 and Click Next
Now, Click on Accept
Password Change Process: Type new password and confirm password. Then click on Change Password. (New password must be 8 characters)
Click on Get Started
No, Your Email id is ready for use.
Important Note:
Student should follow above steps to create their Email id with BVM domain email id.
Student must generate this institute email id within 24 hours after completing enrolment process in ERP system.

Ms Teams Student Account activation for B. Tech / M. Tech / PDDC
Students are informed to follow the following steps to activate Ms Teams Student Account.
1. Go to https://www.office.com/ and Click on Sign In
2. Sign in with
Enter your User id : <<Your_Student_id>>@bvmcollege.in For example : Your_Student_id is 21IT999
Then enter [email protected]
3. Enter Password: Student123
4. Update Your Password
5. On Next Screen, Click on “Yes”
6. Check “Teams” Application is available?
If yes then Click on “Teams” icon
7. Click on “Use Web app instead”.
You can also download the app for PC, Android and iOS
8. Click on “Teams”.
9. Check that “F. Y. B. Tech. 2021” Team is available or not?
If Yes then All set.
If No then kindly email your Error with Screenshot on [email protected]
All F. Y. B. Tech. 2021 students are requested to complete the above
process immediately for login into Microsoft Teams. The students can see
the schedule of classes in Calendar available in Microsoft Teams.
