Sealed quotations are hereby invited by the Superintendent, Calcutta University Press from the bonafied& resourceful contractors having credential & experience in similar nature of work (as mentioned herewith) within seven days of this notice.
Name of Work: Quotation for Book Binding:
Book entitled “Hundred Years of the University of Calcutta” – Supplement.
Technical Specifications:
1. Size of the Book = 9.5” X 6.5”
2. Number of Forma = 55
3. Quantity of the book = 300 copies
4. Method of Stitching = Sectional Sewing (Juice hand stitching)
5. Cover of the book = Yellow hard board binding with Khadi cloth pasting including silk -screen printing on cloth cover front and spine
6. Jacket = Lamination Conditions:
1. Rate of per piece book is to be submitted.
2. Finished book must be delivered at the C.U. Press within 05(five) days from the date of receiving the printed materials.
Eligibility Criteria: 1. Valid Trade License, GST & PAN (Enclose self-attested copy of each)
2. Quoted rate to be producedincluding GST.
3. The sealed bid to be submitted into drop box kept in the office of the Superintendent, C.U.Press.
Last date of Submission of
Quotation: Up to 21.08.2018 (up to 2.00PM)
