4. The following documents shall be submitted with the Admission Form in the Department of Urdu : a) Qualifying (Graduation) marks certificates in original and self-attested Xerox copies
b) Matriculation Certificate bearing D.O.B in original and self attested Xerox copy c) Provisional and Character Certificates in original
d) Valid Category Certificate (if applicable) issued by competent authority in original and self attested Xerox copies. (Candidates are required to submit the latest certificates in the format prescribed by the Govt. of India)
e) Migration Certificate in original.
f) 4 recent passport sized photographs.
5. Candidates who fail to submit online admission from and admission fee by or before 28/11/2020 (5:00 PM) and/or fail to report the Department of Urdu, Science & Arts Campus, Duderhama, Ganderbal , for admission by or before 01/12/2020 (3:00 PM) and/or fail to provide relevant documents will not be allowed to seek admission.
