(OBC candidates are required to submit the latest OBC certificate in the format prescribed by the Govt. of India) e) Migration Certificate in original. 2) Mere appearance of the name in the selection list shall not entitle any right of admission unless the candidate fullfills the prescribed eligibility. 3) In case a candidate fails to complete the admission formalities during the presicribed date , it shall be presumed that the candidate is not willing to take the admission in the said programme and the seat shall be offered to the next candidate in the order of merit.
