COUNSELLING NOTICE FOR M.A ENGLISH PROGRAMME-2019
Consequent upon the availability of few vacant seats in M.A English programme-2019, candidates who have applied for admission to aforementioned Programme in the Central University of Kashmir vide notification no CUKmr/Acad/Eng (Adm-19)/727/19 dated 28.11.2019 are hereby informed that the list of candidates shortlisted for fresh counselling has been uploaded on the University website www.cukashmir.ac.in.
In addition to above, those provisionally selected candidates who have failed to complete the admission formalities as on date can also attend the counselling to explore the possibility of admission against the vacant seats. The selection shall be purely based on the merit.
The candidates shall report along with the following requisite documents/certificates (original & Photostat) and three passport size photographs and fee of Rs. 9,240/- at the Academic Section of the University to complete their admission formalities on 03.02.2020 upto 02.00 P.M, failing which it shall be presumed that the student is not interested in admission and accordingly the vacant seat shall be offered to the next candidate in the waiting list in order of merit:
a) Qualifying Marks Certificates
b) Matriculation certificate bearing D.O.B
c) Provisional and Character Certificates in original
d) Category Certificate (if applicable). OBC/EWS candidates are required to submit the latest OBC/EWS certificate in the format prescribed by the Govt of India.
e) Migration Certificate in original f) Permanent Residence Certificate
Mere appearing of the name in the list does not entitle the candidate any right for admission unless he/she fulfil the eligibility criteria. Queries, if any, can be made on 7889575375, 7889575376.
