^{Er. Surinder} Singh Khurana, Assistant Professor During the discussions the following points emerged:

i. Rekha Kumari Yadav M.Tech. 3'd Semester (2015-t7 batch) is not attending her classes and has not met her supervisor Er. Surinder Singh since August 2016 and has not submitted her synopsis till date.

Rekha Kumari Yadav has been called many times through her friends, advised

to

start attending her classes. Dr. Amandeep Kaur (CoC) many times went

to

her personally seeing her in the campus to ask her the reason for the same, but she (Rekha Kumari Yadav) has

taken

it

very casually and

told

she is preparing

for

certain tests and in future she will become regular in classes, But since mid-October 201.6 she is not coming to the university.

Dean of School has also talked to her on telephone but after that also she is not attending her classes.

She is GATE qualified student and getting GATE scholarship, as she is not regularthat's why her attendance will not be uploaded from August 20L6 onwards

It had also been decided in the ^previous AAC meeting (Dated: 13.10.2016)that her parents would be informed about this, so Dr. Amandeep had called her parents but they did not ^pick up the phone, So a letter regarding Rekha Kumari Yadav not attending the classes regularly has been sent to her ^parents.

DSW will be informed regarding the same.
