The elections were held on 4th of September, 2014. It was carried out in the parliamentary form, two representatives were elected from each class to attend and speak out the nominations as per students’ interests. The new office bearers are the following–

The Investitures’ ceremony was held on 16th of September, 2014. The former union members introduced the newly formed union members to the students. The new office bearers took their oath which was led by the principal Rev. Sr. Dr. Treesa Dominic and the elected ones gave their introductory speech.
The inauguration of union and arts club was held on 19th of September 2014.
The union and arts club was inaugurated by the cine artist, Mr. Unni Mukundan. The first session included the editorial board’s interview with him. The second session included the welcome speech by the chairperson and the presidential address by the principal Rev. Sr. Dr.
Treesa Dominic followed by lightening of the lamp, the chief guest then declared the college
union and arts club as formally inaugurated. Next was an interactive session with the students and there were some cultural events followed by vote of thanks by arts secretary, Miss.
Athira Unni.
As a part of the extension activity of the college union, the principal presented uniforms to the inmates of the victory centre on 30th September, 2014, on behalf of the college union. The principal delivered the presidential address followed some cultural events by the inmates of the victory centre and the college union members.
The following students of our college participated in the essay writing competition on the topic “Deshiyodhgradhanavum Mathasouhardhavum” scheduled by the Deputy Directorate of Collegiate Education, Thrissur on 15th August 2014.

The following students of our college participated in the All Kerala Inter Collegiate Debate Competition 2014 on the topic “Kalalayangalkku Swayyambharanavakasham aavashyamo?” scheduled by the Campus Debate Club of Govt.

The college union organised a “Role Model Competition” on 14th November in connection with International Students Day observed on 17th November 2014.
The college union in association with IQAC has organised a regional seminar on
“Quality Sustenance in Higher Education for Women” in connection with “International Students Day” on 17th November 2014. Rev.Dr.Sr.Treesa Dominic, Principal, Little Flower college, Guruvayoor preside over the function and Rev. Dr. Sr. Rose Anitha, Provincial Superrior, Assissi Province, Thrissur inaugurated and given inaugural address. The chief guest Dr. Moly Kuruvilla, Associate Professor, Dept. of Women Studies, University of Calicut and the former Director of Academic Staff college, University of Calicut delivered a talk on Quality Sustenance in Higher Education for Women. The session followed by interactions with the speakers.
A paper presentation competition on “Quality Education For All” conducted on 19th November 2014 in connection with International Students Day.i
The New year celebrated by the college union on 1st January, 2015, The celebration was presided by the Principal Rev. Dr. Sr. Treesa Dominic. The principal gave a new year message and released the new year slogan: ‘CLEAN CAMPUS,GREEN CAMPUS ‘, to the staff and students. A new year resolution competition was also organised by the college union in connection with the new year celebration. The celebration concluded with a new year song.
The winner for the resolution competition is Ms.Niveditha B.Warrier-I MA English On 1st January, 2015, the college union in association with the Janamaitree Police, Guruvayur Police station arranged a seminar on the topic ‘Cyber Crime and Mobile internet usage’. Sub-inspector of Cyber Cell, Thrissur city Mr.Roy C. George presented an informative session and enlightened the audience about the proper usage of information technology and cyber crime. Sub-inspector of guruvayur police station Mr.Bijoy talked about road safety measures and traffic rules. The seminar concluded with an interactive session with the audience wherein the audience cleared their doubts about internet usage.
On 7th January 2015 the following union members attended the representative meeting for D- zone at Dr.John Mattai Center, Aranattukara, Thrissur .
