Basics of univariate, bivariate and Multivariate data analysis.

Selection of appropriate statistical tools (univariate/bi- variate/multivariate) on the basis of different types of data and variables.

One sample t-test, two sample t test, paired t test, one –way ANOVA. How ANOVA is different from “t” test. In the place of ANOVA can we do few “t” test? When can we use ANOVA? How to frame the research questions, objectives, hypothesis, selection of variables and interpretation in all the above test. How to perform ANOVA using SPSS.

How to frame the research questions, objectives, hypothesis, selection of variables and how to give interpretation for the above on the basis of your output? How to perform Factorial
ANOVA with SPSS.

One Way repeated measure ANOVA. What it does? What you need? How it is different from paired “t” test. Can you possible to do three paired “t” test in the place of One way repeated measure ANOVA? Two way repeated measure ANOVA. Mixed and repeated measures. How to frame the research questions objectives, hypothesis, selection of variables and how to give interpretation on the basis of your output. How to perform Repeated measures ANOVA in SPSS.

Note: Classes will be starting by 9.45am on both dates. Data sets for Analysis in SPSS will be send to the participants mail id’s one week prior to the workshop.
