Sub: JNTUH Exams Branch –conducting of MBA Project Viva-Voce exam along with the practical exams of MBA II year II sem - intimation of scheduling of anti-plagiarism check –Request- Reg.
All the Principals offering MBA course are informed to note that the project viva-voce exam shall be carried out along with final semester exams from the Academic Year 2019-20.
However there is no change in the procedure for conducting MBA project viva-voce exam.
Each batch for project viva-voce exam shall consist of 5 students and there is no change in the project registration fee to be collected from students, remuneration to be paid to the external & internal examiners and other staff involved in the viva-voce exam.
The schedule for project softcopy upload and other dates is enclosed as ANNEXURE.
After the successful plagiarism check, the panels of experts for viva-voce exam are to be uploaded to the University portal and the project viva-voce exam fee shall be collected along with the panel of examiners.
This time grammar check is also introduced in addition to plagiarism check. Hence the Principals are informed to give necessary instructions to project supervisors to thoroughly check the student project work line by line before uploading the project reports to university portal for grammar and plagiarism check.

The Principals are advised to make an arrangement for the anti-plagiarism check at their end before submitting the project works to JNTUH portal. This act will result in passing through the anti- plagiarism check at University in the first submission itself. This is for your information and necessary action. If the plagiarism check is unsuccessful in Phase-I such students have to re- submit their Project works in Phase-II only.
If any student fails to complete his/her Project Viva voce exam even in Phase –II, such students need to wait for supplementary exams scheduled in Nov-Dec.2020.
