Note

1. The post-graduate students have to make a note of the above schedule. They have to discuss with faculty- in charge regarding journal review and have to get the seminar material approved by faculty well in advance before presentation (at least 5 days). Hence forth, the first page of the presentation should contain the dates of contact with the guides enlisted. A soft and hard copy of the seminar material has to be submitted to the department, withi a week’s ti e.

2. Epidemiological exercise should be selected after consultation with guide, well in advance and to be circulated among other staff and post graduate students.

3. PG students/Staff attending any conference, workshop or CME other than IAPP are expected to present the brief summary of the event on the next immediate PG activity day.

4. PG students should update their log books and pg presentations list register regularly.

5. For seminars, journal clubs and pedagogy the presenters are supposed to get the checklist filled by the assigned faculty. Soft copy of all the seminar, pedagogy and epidemiological exercise is to be circulated amongst all the staff and PG students after the presentation.

6. Journal articles to be selected well in advance after consultation with the guide and to be circulated amongst all staff and PGs in soft copy.

7. All the staff members are required to be present for all the PG teaching programmes (except those posted to health centers and OPD or any other essential assignments).This is for strict compliance.
