ENLISTMENT OF CPCB LICENSED RECYCLERS / REPROCESSORS FOR SALE OF HAZARDOUS WASTES LIKE USED LEAD ACID BATTERIES, COPPER, BRASS SCRAP ETC.
RINL, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant invites applications from Recyclers / Reprocessors licensed /CPCB registered ( as per hazardous waste (M&H) rules) to purchase hazardous items like - Waste Lubricating Oil, Waste Transformer Oil, Waste Grease, Lead Acid Batteries, Lead Scrap, Copper Scrap, Copper Cable Scrap, Aluminum Scrap, Aluminum Cable Scrap and Tungsten Carbide rolls scrap etc.
I) Important points to be noted:
• The parties must be registered as Recyclers / Reprocessors by Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) as per hazardous waste (M&H) rules.
• Registration of the party with RINL / VSP shall be valid only up to the period of validity of the CPCB registration.
Licensed parties desirous of getting themselves enlisted with RINL/VSP may furnish complete details of the product (s) for which registration is desired along with credentials of the firm/establishment. Application format along with a sample list of documents to be furnished is listed below for guidance.

Instructions for Registering request for Enlistment
:1. Full and unambiguous reply to each query must be given or else your application may not be processed at all.
2. Visakhapatnam Steel Plant reserves the right to cancel or suspend registration without assigning any reasons for the same.
3. The decision of VSP in respect of registration shall be final.
4. Please furnish particulars as per the format no. Add/3.11 given below, affix signature and office seal (please see para (6) regarding the authority to sign.).
5. The completed format along with supporting documents should be sent by registered post. The applicant / firm should invariably write his / its complete address on the acknowledgement card and affix postage stamps in case an acknowledgement for the receipt of the application is required.

6. Application form is to be signed by the authorized person only as per the following:
a) In case of proprietary firm -
Application form is to be signed by the proprietor / individual giving his full name and address.
b) In case of partnership firm -
The application form can be signed by (i) all Partners or (ii) by any one of the partners who holds a general power of attorney authorizing him to sign for and bind the firm in all obligations and dealings.
c) Limited concerns -
The application form is to be signed by (i) any one of the Directors or Managing Director of the firm or (ii) a person who holds the general power of attorney.
7. If the organization is having sister concerns / branches, full address of the sister concerns / branches and items being dealt by them should be given separately.
8. If the given space is not sufficient please add extra sheets as required.
9. All pages should be signed and stamped.
