The Directorate of Physical Education and Sports will be purchasing Games and Sports equipments for the academic year 2011-12. The lists of equipments to be purchased are given in the attached sheets.
You are requested to send the sealed quotation for Games and Sports equipment the following address. On the cover please mention “Games and Sports Equipments Quotation”.

Terms and Condition:
1. The quotation should be sent in a wax sealed cover.
2. Quotations should reach to the above mentioned address on or before 27-04-2012 at 2.00 p.m.
3. Please mention each item’s net rate and tax amount separately and total amount for each item.
4. Mention packing, forwarding and transport charges if any.
5. No advance payment, after delivering the goods the payment will be made by the finance section of this University.
6. 2.5% of the EMD amount for cost of the equipments quoted in the quotation should be enclosed. The EMD amount should be in the form of Demand Draft along with the quotation.
7. Without EMD amount (Demand Draft) the quotation will be rejected. The EMD amount shall be 2.5% of estimated value of the goods to be supplied by your firm. Please calculate the EMD amount and send the demand draft in favour of “The Finance Officer, Pondicherry University, Pondicherry – 605 014”.
8. Please use the same order of equipments as given in the list of Games and Sports equipments when you are sending your quotation.
9. The supply order will be given immediately and you have to supply the equipments on or before 30-04-2012.
