RINL BAGS PRESTIGEOUS “CORPORATE GOVERNANCE &
SUSTAINABILITY VISION AWARD”
RINL was bestowed with the prestigious “Corporate Governance and Sustainability Vision Award 2013” by The Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC). RINL has been recognised as one of the best companies among PSEs by Indian Chamber of Commerce for adoption of good corporate governance practices.
Sri Arun Maira, Hon’ble Member, Planning Commission presented the award to Sri R Shankar, Executive Director (Business Development & Acquisitions) who received on behalf of RINL at a glittering function organised by ICC in New Delhi today. Sri P Mohan Rao, GM (Company Affairs) & Company Secretary was also present at the function.
Sri AP Choudhary, CMD-RINL while congratulating the RINL collective on winning this coveted award, stressed the need for sustainable practices and public disclosures in a transparent manner for inclusive development. He said that RINL is committed to run its businesses in a legal, ethical and transparent manner beyond compliance to Govt.

The ICC Corporate Governance and Sustainability Vision Awards aim to recognise the companies for their efforts towards sustainable development and inclusive growth. These awards provide a platform to highlight examples of sustainable practices and performance among Indian industries. The awardees are selected by a jury of eminent panel members, along with Ernst & Young as the knowledge partner.
