Abstract

This paper explores effective management strategies for women employers in today’s dynamic workplace. Women employers face unique challenges in leadership roles, including bias and discrimination, unequal pay, lack of opportunities for career advancement, and work-life balance issues. To succeed in the dynamic workplace, women employers must develop their leadership skills, communicate effectively, set clear goals, seek feedback, develop mentoring relationships, embrace diversity, and build a support network. This paper reviews the literature on effective management strategies for women employers in the dynamic workplace, including studies on leadership development, communication, mentoring, diversity and inclusion, and work-life balance. The paper highlights the importance of prioritizing well-being, resilience, adaptability, and innovation in leadership.
