1. On behalf of the Principal Engineering College, Ajmer invites e- tenders from eligible Firms for procurement of "Radiation Pattern Measurement Facility" under Collaborative Research Scheme - TEQIP-III The brief description is as under:

2. The e-Bidding will be conducted through Central Public Procurement (CPP) Portal (https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app) by following the ‘Advertised Tender Enquiry - Two Bid System’, method and procedures as set out in the Tender Document.
3. The ‘General Financial Rule – 2017’ and Manual for Procurement of Goods – 2017 issued by Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India shall be followed.
4. Interested Bidders may freely download the Tender Document from the websites i.e.
https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app starting from 10:00 hours on 05/01/2021.The Tender Document can also be downloaded from ECA https://www.ecajmer.ac.in/
5. The bidders shall submit online bids only at Central Public Procurement Portal http://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app. Manual bids shall not be accepted under any circumstances.
6. Bidders are required to submit Tender Fee as mentioned in the Tender Document and Bid Security as per format provided in the Tender Document.
7. All corrigendum/addendum will be uploaded on ECA website (https://www.ecajmer.ac.in/) and CPP Portal. Interested Bidders may refer to e-Procurement Portal from time to time and shall be solely responsible for checking the above websites for any corrigendum/addendum issued subsequent to publication of this NIT and consider the same while preparing and submitting their bids.
8. Bidders’ representatives are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting between 12:00 hours to 14:00 hours on 19/01//2021 through video conferencing as per details given https://meet.google.com/nvm-tpvu-qvt
9. Bidders can also send their written requests for clarification up to 12:00 hours on 19/01/2021 at email [email protected]
10. Bids must be submitted online on or before 16:00 hours on 4th Feb. 2021. All Documents required towards submission of bids must be uploaded online on CPP portal.
11. The Technical bids will be opened at 10:30 hours on 5th Feb. 2021 on the CPP portal.
