The result was currently withheld due to the unfair means committed by the examinee during the course of his examination in Civil Procedure (IL-805) paper held on 25-07-2015, which stands cancelled based on the recommendations of Examination Discipline Committee and accord of assent by the Vice Chancellor.

Note:
(i) Student can apply for re-evaluation on a prescribed format available in the Examinations & Evaluation Wing (EEW) or same can be downloaded from the University website (www.cukashmir.ac.in) within 15 days from the issuance of this Notification. However, he is required to deposit requisite fee of Rs.500/- per course as re-evaluation fee in the F&A Section within prescribed period as mentioned in (i) above.
(ii) Student can obtain Photostat copy of Answer Sheets within 7-days after applying on prescribed format against payment of Rs.200/- per course in F&A Section.
(iii) For any query, the student can contact Facilitation/Enquiry Counters of EEW (CUK) during official hours on all working days.
