Career Profile
Teaching for the past thirty years in the University of Delhi. From 1988 to 1995 as an Ad-hoc and Temporary Lecturer in various colleges and since July 1995 at the College of Vocational Studies as a Permanent Faculty member. Got my PhD degree in 2007 and became an Associate Professor in due course.
Administrative Assignments
Solely responsible for the inception of ASPIRE- the placement cell of CVS in 2013. Since then I have been the Head of the Placement cell managing a team of twenty-five Student Placement Coordinators year after year. The college has seen a significant rise in placements and internships in the past few years. Companies like EY,Genpact, FIS, Cevent, Tommy Hilfiger, Wipro and Deloitte have been consistently hiring from the college every year since 2013.
