M.Sc. FULL TIME PG PROGRAMS - 2017 COUNSELLING SCHEDULE

The Candidates who have qualified in the Entrance Examination for admissions into the following Full Time M.Sc. Programs- 2017 of JNTUH Constituent Colleges / Units are directed to attend the counseling as per the schedule given below at Admissions Section, Counseling Hall, JNTUH, Kukatpally, Hyderabad – 85.
If they do not attend the counseling on the date and time mentioned, they will forfeit all the claims for admission to Full Time M.Sc. Program of JNTUH Constituent Colleges / Units.
Candidates should produce all certificates in ORIGINAL like (1) Hall Ticket, (2) Convocation Original Degree / Provisional Certificate / Consolidated Marks Memo (CMM), (3) Certificate indicating Date of Birth (SSC or its equivalent), (4) Study certificate from 9th class to Degree Course, (5) Residence Certificate for preceding 7 years of the qualifying examination in respect of candidates who studied out side of Telangana State (6) Integrated Community certificate issued by the competent authority in case of BC/SC/ST candidates, (7) Residence certificate of father or mother for a period of 10 years in Telangana State/A.P. excluding the period of employment outside Telangana State/A.P. from M.R.O. in case of Non local candidates, (8) Transfer Certificate (T.C), (10) In order to get eligibility for Tuition Fee Reimbursement, Latest Income Certificate from M.R.O. for SC / ST candidates, if their parental income limit is up to Rs. 2,00,000/- per annum and in respect of BC groups A,B,C,D, and E parental income limit is up to Rs.1,50,000/- for Rural Areas and Rs.2,00,000/- for Urban Areas. However for OC candidates the parental income limit is up to Rs. 1,00,000/- per annum (11) Tuition Fee (Rs. 15,700/- (Rs. 15,000/- tuition fee per semester + Rs. 200/- admission fee + Rs. 500/- counseling fee). Fee shall be remitted in the form of challan payable at SBI, JNTUH Campus Branch, Hyderabad. Candidates reservation claims under BC/SC/ST are subject to the final verification by the concerned departments. PH candidates should produce Medical Certificate from District Medical Board.
Caution deposits and development fee if any shall be payable by the students at the college itself, when they report there for attending the classes.
This letter itself is a call letter as per schedule and for others it is for information only.
There is no guarantee of admission as more number of candidates are being called than the no. of seats.
NOTE: (1) Cancellation charges of Rs. 2,000/- for OC & BC candidates. In case of SC / ST candidates cancellation charges Rs. 1,000/-.
(2) Course will be offered only when the number of candidates taking admission are more than 50% of total intake in each specialization.
