THE ROLE OF THE UZBEK LANGUAGE IN THE SPIRITUAL AND EDUCATIONAL POTENTIAL OF YOUNG PEOPLE

The article focuses on the importance of the Uzbek language in the spiritual and educational potential of young people, the culture of speech, literacy on the Internet, the effective use of the Internet in distance learning.

INTRODUCTION
Today's youth of our country have achieved a number of achievements within the framework of their intellectual potential in understanding the rapidly developing world, a closer understanding of existence. As a result of their independent scientific and practical research, they are making a worthy contribution to further strengthening the peaceful, serene and prosperous life of our people. This is evidenced by the fact that a number of new reforms are being implemented in our country to support young people. The commitment to and activism for consistent reform can also be seen in the effective scientific research of young people.
Young people have the ability to consciously reflect and change life, the environment, to think, to study, to know the world and to accept social experience, to solve various problems, to make decisions, to act wisely, to anticipate events. further strengthening their capabilities. The intellectual structure of man includes cognition, memory, thinking, speaking, and mental processes. The development of the intellect also depends on social factors such as innate talent, brain capacity, vigor, and life experience. The level of intelligence of any person is determined by the results of human activity, as well as psychological tests. The negative effects of today's globalization are mainly reflected in the environment, health, demographics, resources, ethics, family, education, and spirituality.
About youth President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev In his speech at the 72nd session of the UN General Assembly, he said:
"The future of our planet depends on how well our children grow up. Our main task is to create the necessary conditions for young people to show their potential. ”[1]
Indeed, the future of the country, we must pay attention to the successors of the state every minute, open the doors of opportunities created for them. 'We must not leave out the tiber.
Today, it is the urgent task of everyone to find out what the negative consequences of the spiritual worldview are and to find a solution to it. In particular, in family education and upbringing, it is important to control certain aspects of communication in the Uzbek language.
The spiritual worldview is the key to a person's existence and place. Today’s youth means tomorrow’s future. In all their activities, language emerges as a means of communication.
Especially today, in the process of globalization, the effective work carried out by the head of our state to enhance the Uzbek language and its prestige and status does not leave anyone
indifferent. First of all, in any case, we must continue to fully teach the child the Uzbek language, which is the pride of the nation in the family, to continue to explore its important and recognized aspects, along with all other languages in the world, and to understand our responsibility.
The life of our people and the international prestige of our native language are growing. The reforms aimed at raising our young people in the spirit of love and pride for the motherland, devotion to the national traditions and values of our people, worthy inheritance of the rich heritage of our great ancestors, as well as the concept of "state language" a number of decrees are supported. Serious and effective work is being done in this direction. In this regard, in order to ensure the full introduction of the state language, on October 21, 2019, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan PF "On measures to radically increase the prestige and status of the Uzbek language as the state language" Decree No. 5850 sets out a number of tasks.
In order to preserve and develop the languages of nations and peoples in Uzbekistan, to create conditions for the study of Uzbek as the state language, to define strategic goals, priorities and objectives and future stages of development of Uzbek language and language policy 2020 - Development of the Uzbek language in 2020-2030 by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-6084 "On measures for further development of the Uzbek language and improvement of language policy in our country" adopted on 20 October and the Concept for the Improvement of Language Policy, the Program for the Development of the Uzbek Language for 2020-2030 and the Concept for the Improvement of the Language Policy for 2020-2022, the Main Directions for the Development of the Uzbek Language and the Improvement of Language Policy for 2020-2030.
In the implementation of the tasks set out in the Decree No. PF-6084 of October 20, 2020 "On measures to further develop the Uzbek language and improve language policy in our country", each citizen has the responsibility to must make demands. In particular, in accordance with the tasks set out in Decree No. PF-6084:
"Maintaining the purity of the state language, enriching it and improving the speech culture of the population" [2].
A number of relevant action programs have been developed in our country. In this sense, today in the presence of parents and close relatives to fully use the potential of the Uzbek language, the appropriate use of words, adherence to the rules of language in communication, translation of words from another language where available, the prevention of mixed speech and the explanation of these aspects to young people should become a topical issue of the day.It is known that the period of the pandemic required distance education. Distance education has increased everyone's computer literacy, skills development and experience. At the same time, it should be noted that a new era of development in human civilization has begun - the era of information society.
Looking at this period, a number of shortcomings in the literacy of young people have been identified, and this is still the case today. The organizational and technological basis of the information society is the global information network - the Internet. This has been strengthened by the rapid development of information and telecommunications, the rapid spread of information technology, the globalization of social development processes, the formation of an international communication environment, education, communication and production.
Knowing the Uzbek language in our country while working with the Internet has served to improve the quality and effectiveness of distance learning in various fields of education. We will share our thoughts with the other participant in writing. However, in order to carry out this activity qualitatively, we need to work on ourselves, read more books, get acquainted with the
media, and be able to express speech independently and in public. ‘halliness, fluency, the effect of pronunciation on the listener is, of course, in words.
The timely use of the Uzbek language in the organization of distance learning is a practical manifestation of the promotion of reforms to the general public at a time when the attention to the state language is growing in our country.
Effective use of the Internet today requires culture, enlightenment, spirituality and language from everyone. Today, traditional teaching methods are complemented by new teaching methods based on the Internet, electronic computer sets and telecommunications environment.
Internet technology-based tele-learning and distance learning, in addition to performing a number of new functions, require the application of specific links such as the principles of shared collaboration, integration, and access to the international Internet.
Since modern education requires the effective and clear use of the Internet, it means that the role of parents and family in the spiritual and enlightening implementation of the opportunities of the Uzbek language in these processes. big. The timely and effective use of language and its potential is the most important foundation for achieving positive results. The main purpose of such attention to the youth of Uzbekistan is to bring them up as worthy heirs to the future.
