You are requested

to

submit the quotation for

30th, 2016) of the PCs, Printers, Network etc. in the list ^(Pleasemention the items

prices etc. in the same order as in the list supplied, TOTAL PRICE SHOULD ALSO BE SPECIFIED).

2.List

of major

AMC

clients with their ^phonenumbers should be submitted along with quotation.

3. AMC

willbe

given to the companies who ^areregistered with WORK CONTRACT CELL of Sales Tax department. Documents related to registration should ^besubmitted along with the quotation.

4. Maintenance charges

will

be paid at the end of each quarter.

5. Scheduled preventive maintenance (including external cleaning of PC'S, Printers etc.) is required once in a quarter.

6. Every call

will

^beattended on the same day if the call ^{is made}before 1.00 P.M. on a working day.

Otherwise the call

will

be attended latest by next day morning.

.If

any part needs more than 24 hours for repair, the replacement ^partto make the machine working would ^beprovided by the maintenance company within 48 hours of making the call.

8.

If

^amachine is down for more than 48 hours, the down time in excess of 48 hours

will

be treated as excessive down time. The total excessive downtime

will

be calculated

by

adding the ^excessive down time for each machine and taking the weightage factor

for

each machine into consideration.

The tenure of the maintenance contract

will

automatically be extended by the number

of

working days equivalent to total excessive down time, without any additional payment or financial obligation on the part of ISI Delhi.

The weightage factor for various machines would be proportionate to the

AMC

charges

for

that machine / printer.

9. As the building is not air-conditioned, the company should agree to maintain ^themachines in non AC environment.

10.

Cunently

UPS / CVTs are not installed in all PC's (most of PCs have UPSs installed with them), the company should be prepared to take up the maintenance without stabilized power source for some of the PC's / Printers.

I 1. Maintenance service

will

be reviewed by Indian Statistical Institute regularly. In case at any point of time the service is not found

to

be satisfactory, I.S.I. would have the option

of

terminating the contract and any maintenance charges paid in advance

will

be refunded

to

I.S.I.

for

the remaining period

ofthe

contract.

12. The support for the

ISI

NETWORK (including Campus Networking) is required on Saturday, Sunday also if there is any problem. Ifthere is any problem with the network, it should be fixed within

a reasonable time (max 2 to 4 hours).

13. Maintenance Company should have Printer experts who should repair the Printer at ISI-Delhi most of the time.

14. Maintenance Company should have Network specialist who should be able to solve the problem of Network quickly

if

the Resident Engineer is not able to solve.

15. Company should have a specialist who should be able to solve Virus related problems

if

Resident Engineer is not able to solve.

16. AMC price for each item (unit price)

&

total price for all items should be quoted.

17. Institute reserves the right to ^acceptor reject any quotation without assigning any reason.

18. Institute may choose not to include all items in the AMC.
