Saurabh has also shared your travel dates as noted below (December 3-18). The Computer Science Seminar series will cover your economy class airfare, visa expense, Abu Dhabi airport transfers, and up to 3 nights’ accommodation on campus.
Saurabh will be in contact with you in regards to visa’s for your family.
For your visa please complete the attached information form and include in your return email the following items:
- Color copy of your passport to include the information page
- Color passport photo with white background.
- The attached information form.

I would like to invite G. Philip (Philip is the first name) from Chennai Mathematical Institute between Dec 3 and 18, 2018 to work with me.
Philip will also give a talk in the CS seminar.
Can you kindly arrange this?
Philip wants to travel with his wife and child. It would be great if he can be given campus accommodation, which should suffice for his family. He will also need a visa. He will arrange for his family's visa himself.
