Founded and Organized the First Ningwangle Women Empowerment Sports on 12 November, 2021 at Holy Angel’s Academy, Manipur to empower women in rural areas of Northeast India.
Founded and organized the First Zeme Olympics from 10-17 December, 2019.
Where more than 10,000 people from 210 Zeme villages in Assam, Manipur and Nagaland participated.
Oxford Documentary Film Institute, Oxford, England came to document the event.
Organized Cultural cum Indigenous Sports Festival in collaboration with Tribal Research Institute, Government of Manipur
from 17-19 December 2014 at Impa Village, Manipur.
Organized a Medical Camp in collaboration with Max Hospital, Delhi
for remote villages under Tousem sub-division, Manipur where medical facilities could not reach.
The nearest hospital being more than 70 km away.

More than 300 patients were treated and given medicine.
Spearheaded the construction of 'The People's Road' also known as Tamenglong-Haflong Road,
in the most backward corner connecting three states of Assam, Nagaland and Manipur in the year 2012.
This inspiring project enabled many villages to have road coming to their village for the first time.
Many people in the interior villages saw vehicles for the first time. The inspiring stories of the poor villagers who contributed in terms of kind and cash to build the road helped raise funds from all over the world via facebook.
