As per reference cited the Non- Autonomous Affiliated Engineering colleges and Pharmacy colleges are permitted to collect the following fees from the students admitted during 2019-20 academic year.
(i) Rs.2000/- per annum per student shall be collected by the Non- Autonomous Affiliated colleges towards Admission, Registration and Recognition Fee out of which an amount of Rs 500/- shall be remitted to JNTUH along with schedules of verification (this is one time fee).
(ii) Rs 1500/- per annum per student shall be collected by the Non- Autonomous Affiliated colleges during the entire course, (from second year to final year) towards the Common Services Fee and the same shall be remitted to JNTUH.
(iii) The Principals of the affiliated colleges shall be informed to get the list of admitted students verified by the Admission Section of JNTUH for the Academic Year 2019-20 and submit the same to the clearance section, Examination Branch JNTUH.
The Non-Autonomous Affiliated Colleges have to clear all the pending dues of Common Services Fee till the academic year 2018-19. The requisite fee is to be paid, through RTGS Payment mode in favor of “The Registrar, JNTUH” (A/c No: 62079988622) or in the form of a D.D., drawn on any nationalized bank, in favor of “The Registrar, JNTUH”, payable at Hyderabad.
Clearance of admission of the candidates is as per the details given above:
The principals shall produce the following certificates / records for issue of clearance for the candidates admitted to II year B. Tech (LES) / B. Pharmacy (LES) during the academic year 2019-20 at their institution.
1. Two sets of photocopies of
(i) AICTE approval for the academic year 2019-20.
(ii) JNTUH affiliation for the academic year 2019-20.
(iii) List of Lateral Entry candidates admitted under Minority Quota (if applicable) approved by the Convener – ECET - 2019 & Secretary TSCHE & JNTUH Admissions Section.
(iv) List of Lateral Entry candidates admitted through Spot Admissions and under Management quota as approved by TSCHE & JNTUH Admissions Section.
The principals shall arrange to enter legibly the Hall Ticket Number (10digits) allotted as per the JNT University Hyderabad guidelines against each candidate on these two sets of photocopies. It is also requested that each page of these two sets of photocopies of the approved lists should be signed by the Principal / Secretary of the Management duly affixing their seals.
2. The principals shall submit the hard copy of students’ particulars, in the following formats.
(i) Name & Code No. of the college --- (ii) Branch --- (Separate table for each branch of
B.Tech. is to be prepared in separate sheets and enclosed).

The schedule of dates for submission is furnished here under. The Principals shall follow the schedule scrupulously and submit the lists to Examination Branch, JNTUH, Kukatpally, Hyderabad - 85 and obtain the Clearance Certificates. Late submission will not be entertained. For any clarification in this regard may be obtained from Dr. B. Ravindra Reddy, Additional Controller of Examinations (Academic) Mobile No: 8008103825.
Note: A’ Nil’ report should be submitted if no student is admitted to B.Tech. (LES)/ B.Pharmacy (LES) II year during 2019-20 academic year.
