Financial Bid (Part II Price) – from Telangana State Vendors/Service Providers who fulfill the eligibility criteria as per Section 2 of the Tender Notice, for annual maintenance and operation of Gymnasium at JNTUH Indoor Stadium, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. The tender documents can be obtained from the Chief Engineer, JNTUH Kukatpally, Hyderabad-85 by making written request on cover letter against DD/submission of irrevocable demand draft of Rs.1180/-. (Rs. One Thousand One Hundred Eighty only) drawn on any Nationalized/Registered Bank in favor of “Registrar, JNTUH Kukatpally” payable at Hyderabad on all working days (Monday to Saturday) between 11.00 AM to 3.00 PM from to 01.11.2019. 1180/- (Non-refundable) should be paid through separate demand draft drawn on a nationalized/registered bank in favor of “The Registrar, JNTUH Kukatpally”, payable at Hyderabad, which should be attached to the Technical Proposal (Part – I Excluding Price). for which the bid fee has not been paid, are rejected after a short procedure. The stated draft of the deposit request must be attached to the technical offer (Part I without price).
At the back of the demand draft, the tenderer's name should be clearly written with the heading "Annual Maintenance and Operation of GYM at JNTUH Indoor Stadium, Kukatpally, Hyderabad". Tender – II priced) should be submitted in a third sealed envelope marked at the top “Tender for Annual Maintenance and Operation of GYM at JNTUH Indoor Stadium, Kukatpally, Hyderabad” with the tenderer's name, address and telephone number at the bottom of the left cover. The tenderer must be based at the India level and carry on their business in and around the Telangana State and must meet the eligibility criteria as per Section 2 of the tender. Tenders not meeting this condition will be summarily rejected.
The tender (containing separate sealed envelopes for technical bid part – I without price and financial bid part – II with price) should be submitted in a third sealed envelope marked at the top “Tender for Annual Maintenance and Operation of Gymnasium at JNTUH Indoor Stadium, Kukatpally , Hyderabad" with name, address and telephone number of the tenderer at the bottom of the cover on the left hand side. The complete sealed tender addressed to The Engineer-in-Chief, JNTUHKukatpally, Hyderabad should be deposited in the locked tender box available at the Ground Floor Reception at JNTUH, Kukatpally, Hyderabad up to 3:00 PM on 11/01/2019 Signature and Stamp of the Bidder 8 Chief Engineer The decision of the Chief Engineer JNTUH in this regard shall be final and binding on all The Contractor/Service Provider shall not employ any person below the age of 18. The offers are valid for a period of at least six months (180 days) from the date of opening of the offer.

The Service Provider/Contractor shall take all possible steps to ensure that its performance is maintained as determined by JNTUH from time to time. JNTUH may deny entry to its premises to any employee of the Service Provider/Contractor for not carrying such identity card or not being perfectly uniformed as prescribed by JNTUH. JNTUH is not responsible to the Service Provider's employees directly and/or indirectly i.
The service provider/contractor is only responsible for any kind of compensation/liability according to rules and regulations, law or statute. If the service provider/contractor terminates the contract before the end of the contract period, his security is forfeited. In the event of loss or damage/premature replacement, the Service Provider/contractor is responsible for bearing the costs thereof.
The antecedents of the employees employed by the service provider/contractor must be credible and with integrity for the risk and responsibility of the service provider/contractor. The service provider/contractor will provide JNTUH with the name, lineage, residential address, date of birth, previous experience, etc., along with a photograph of the employees. The service provider/contractor is responsible for the presence of its employees in JNTUH.
If an employee of the Service Provider/Contractor remains absent or receives leave from him/her, he/she will send/arrange his/her replacement. JNTUH or its representative(s) are free to check the deployment of labor by the Service Provider/Contractor at any time. The JNTUH shall be free to deduct the amount of such loss from the Service Provider/Contractor's monthly bill/deposit after conducting an investigation.
The Service Provider/Contractor will perform the services himself and all obligations and duties according to the tender/contract. The Service Provider/Contractor and JNTUH shall make every effort to resolve any disputes or disputes amicably by direct informal negotiations. The services rendered by the Service Provider/Contractor shall be subject to regular review by JNTUH and its decision on their quality shall be final and absolute.
The Service Provider/Contractor shall be fully responsible for complying with all relevant Rules & Regulations/laws/Statute etc. If any liability falls on JNTUH for any reason, the Service Provider/Contractor will indemnify JNTUH against it. The service provider/contractor must first pay the wages to the workers and then present his account for payment.
The Service Provider/Contractor shall be liable to receive the refund of Provident Fund from the Provident Fund Commissioner of the employee, if he is dismissed or dies or resigns.
