This Agreement plaees no financial obligations or

supplementary _funding commitments

either

be defined through separate program agreements that detail the commitment of resources (financial or otherwise) required by each

Institution' Subsequent prograrn agreements must be approved

in writing

by the authorized representatives of each institution.

The Dean, Faculty of Pharmaceuti.cal Sciences, Rama University, Kanpur autonomous

serve as the primary liaison betwben

institutions

to

facilitate the development

of

future activities.

Terms

This agreement

will

become effective upon the date

of

signature

of

both parties.

It

shall remain valid for aperiod of three (3) years from the date of the last signaturg with the understanding

that it may be

modified

by written

mutual consent

of

advance written notice

of

mutual consent
