The District Agriculture Officer works as the Secretary of the Zilla Parishad Agriculture Committee. Animal husbandry for milk and milk products, leather and meat is an important occupation for most of the people living in the state.
Because livestock farming is on the state list, the responsibility for the care of livestock lies with the state. The Ministry of Animal Husbandry, Government of Maharashtra, is basically responsible for formulating and implementing the state's livestock policy. To provide profitable self-employment to the weaker sections of society in the livestock sector.

Based on the above objective, the proposed solution for GRMS and EAS can be predicted suitable for A-MMP. GRMS and EAS will be part of A-MMPs and will interact with all 12 services of A-MMPs, so that a common integrated platform integrated with Open Architecture will be adopted for GRMS, regardless from any cross-platform issues between utility software modules. . GRMS complaints and EAS queries are being taken up from the grassroots level ie.
Facility should be provided for submitting the grievance in GRMS and queries for EAS through various channels web interface / SMS / IVRS system. The GRMS and EAS system will be automated as much as possible with less human intervention except for filing and updating grievances. Provision in GRMS and EAS will be added for broadcasting any specific / urgent information for farmers / Stakeholders / Govt.
Integrating GRMS and EAS with news channels / mass media to disseminate advisory system information as required. If the inquiry is not relevant to the SME, it can be forwarded to the relevant SME.

Prerequisites: Actor should have opened the Statens Landbrugsportal Entry conditions: Application for Select Font section has been loaded. The user interface of the Statens Landbrugsportal will include radio buttons, tables, forms, drop-down menus, submit buttons, etc., all features that conform to the W3C XHTML standard. Any user with a basic understanding of the Internet and knowledge of his/her browser software should be able to make use of all the available functionality of the portal.
The application will be a web based application which will be designed, developed and hosted centrally in the NIC Data Center. Since the application will be used by all villages (no. of villages), State Directorates of Agriculture (no. of Departments), Center and MB, Governmental and Private Institutions, traders, agencies, OEKs, no. The software must take into account all types of communication environments and slow communication links as specified in Chapter 6.
The State Agriculture Portal will need to collaborate with other software applications developed as part of Mission Mode Project, including Central Agriculture Portal and State Agriculture Portal indicated in Non-Functional Requirements. The State Agriculture Portal will be limited by the minimum hardware specifications likely to be available in the production environment, the details of which are specified as part of Non-Functional Requirements in Chapter 6.
