EXAMINATION FORM FILLUP NOTIFICATION FOR

UNDERGRADUATE 2ND SEMESTER EXAM 2023 (CBCS)

1. The Examinations for the undergraduate 2nd semester (H&G), Major 2023 (under CBCS mode) will be held in OFFLINE MODE as per the examination schedule notified later on separately.

2. The examination form fill up portal for UG 2nd semester examinations (under CBCS mode) 2023 will remain open from 30.08.2023 (10:00 hrs) to 09.09.2023 (23:59 hrs).Candidates are advised to fill up examination form within this period only. The fees to be deposited by the students to their concerned colleges as per Appendix-A to these guidelines.

3. The Examination schedule and other modalities related to examination will be notified separately. The following link for examination form fill up for UG 2nd semester examinations 2023 will be available in the Vidyasagar University website from 30.08.2023 (10:00 hrs onwards)

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES TO FILL UP THE EXAMINATION FORM

1. The candidates need to visit the following link to fill up the EXAMINATION FORM for UG 2nd semester examinations 2023 available in the Vidyasagar University website from 30.08.2023 (10:00 hrs onwards)

2. After filling up the examination form, the candidates needs to take a PRINT OUT OF THE APPLICATION FORM.

3. The candidates need to submit this PRINT OUT OF THE APPLICATION FORM TO THEIR RESPECTIVE COLLEGES for PHYSICAL VERIFICATION of the FILLED IN EXAMINATION FORM.

4. CORRECTIONS/AMENDMENTS (If any) can be done at this stage by the COLLEGE AUTHORITIES ONLY ONCE

5. After COMPLETION OF VERIFICATION process of the filled in EXAMINATION FORM, the colleges can release ADMIT CARD.

6. After the college’s releases admit card, candidates can take a PRINT OUT OF ADMIT CARD from their colleges or through self from the university examination form fill up portal available in the university website.

(After approval by the colleges, the student can take a print out of Admit Card till the starting date of commencement of exam as mentioned in the examination schedule.)

* ADMIT CARD IS MANDATORY FOR APPEARING IN THE EXAMINATION, WITHOUT VALID ADMIT CARD, CANDIDATES CANDIDATURE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR APPEARING IN THE EXAMINATION

** PHYSICAL VERIFICATION OF EXAMINATION FORM AT COLLEGE LEVEL IS MUST FOR GENERATION OFADMIT CARD
