NOTICE FOR FINAL SPOT ADMISSION 2023-24
In pursuance to Government of Odisha, Skill Development and Technical Education Department Letter No. SDTE- HTE-HTE-I-0003-2017/6224/SDTE Dated.29/08/2023, it is decided to conduct the final spot counselling for the admission into 1st year B.Tech and B.Arch courses for the Academic Year 2023-24, against the non-reported and non-allotted vacant seats after the 1st spot admission with the modalities as below.
(i) The following category of candidates will be allowed to participate in the final spot admission process of the university against vacant seats.
(a) The candidates, who have not participated in earlier rounds of OJEE counselling / who have withdrawn from the OJEE counselling process.
(b) The candidates who have participated in earlier rounds of OJEE counseling but have not got allotted of seats / allotted a seat but not confirmed / considered further due to any reason.
(c) The candidates who have been issued final allotment letter after final round of OJEE Counselling but have not reported at their allotted institution.
(ii) Schedule for final spot admission :

and Choice filling for B.Tech only using the Google Form Link https://forms.gle/aHMWELptgXeRUXfN7 to participate in the final spot admission on 15/09/2023.
15/09/2023 (10.00 AM to 1.00 PM)
Reporting of candidates in person for document verification (as per check list provided) at Sir Visveswaraya Auditorium of the University. No further reporting after the scheduled time (1.00 PM on 15/09/2023) will be entertained.
15/09/2023 (2.00 PM) Publication of allotment list for final spot admission.
15/09/2023 (3.00 PM onwards)
Selected candidates have to pay the University Admission Fee (as indicated below) in online mode.
(iii) Important instructions for Final Spot admission
1. Online registration using the Samarth link: https://vssutadm.samarth.edu.in
and Pay Counselling / Registration fee of ₹ 450/- (Non-Refundable) in online mode.
2. Choice filling in the Google form link: https://forms.gle/aHMWELptgXeRUXfN7 in order of his / her preference.
3. The candidates are required to bring 10th and +2 Mark Sheets & Pass Certificates, College Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate, EWS Certificate (Income & Asset Certificate) and Residence Certificate (All documents in Original along with self-attested photocopies).
4. Admission fees payment through online mode after publication of allotment list.
5. The candidate has to come prepared for stay in hall of residence as the classes will begin from 14/09/2023.
