Please note: This offer of admission is purely provisional and subject to verification of marks obtained in the qualifying examination (and subjects studied in the qualifying examination, wherever applicable) and claim of PH, SP, EW, INT, SC, etc as mentioned in the General Information and Guidelines for admissions available on JH Online Admission Portal for 2015.
The Admission Committee has the right to invalidate your name from the provisional selection list if any of your data/record/claim for relaxation etc. found to be incorrect and/or not as per General Information Guidelines/Prospectus 2015-2016.
Kindly note that appearing in the counseling is not guarantee for the admission. If any candidate could not report for counseling on specified date and time he/she shall forfeit the claim for admission.
Admission procedure:
Subject to fulfillment of all eligibility conditions as laid down in the Information Bulletin/Prospectus 2015, the above mentioned shortlisted candidates are required to report for provisional admission on July 31, 2015 at in the Office of the Head, Department of Paramedical Sciences, HIMSR at 10:00 a.m. along with the Demand Draft of the prescribed fee and other documents in original (for verification) as well as self attested photocopies as specified below:
List of documents to be provided at the time of admission:
High School/Matric (10th ) Certificate (Date of Birth Certificate)
10+2 (Intermediate/Sr. Secondary) or equivalent examination certificate and marks sheet
Certificate and marks sheet of qualifying examination
Character certificate from the institution last attended
Migration certificate (may be submitted at a later date but before August 30, 2015)
Gap/Intervening period certificate, if any, and valid reason thereof.
Demand Draft of Rs. 42,000/- (including Rs. 35,000/- semester fee for the course, Rs.
2000/- for ICT/Wi-Fi facility per year and Rs. 5,000/- as one time library security deposit) in favour of Jamia Hamdard payable at New Delhi.
