All works proposed to be executed by contract shall be notified in a form of invitation to tender pasted on a board hung up in the office of the Registrar DBATU,
If the e-tender is submitted by a company, it must be digitally signed. We fail to (1) comply with the provision to keep the offer open for the above period or (2) sign and complete the contract documents as required by the registrar and post the security as specified in clause (d) of the memorandum contained in paragraph 1 above within the period stipulated in point (I) of the attached general contract conditions.
CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT
The decision of the Secretary in this regard shall be final and binding on the Contractor. In the event of such delay in the supply of materials, the University shall grant such extension of time for completion of the works. The contractor accepts the secretary's decision to extend the deadline as final.

The contractor shall comply with such effect substitutions to the satisfaction of the Registrar. The contractor must make his own arrangements for the machinery required for the work. The contractor shall be responsible for the quality of work in all construction work within the contract. The supply of electricity for the use of the University at the work site will be provided by the contractor.
MISCELLANEOUS
In addition to the above, all provisions of the relevant labor law relating to basic amenities to be provided to the laborer will apply which will be arranged by the contractor. LAY OUT OF WORK:-
- SETTING OUT:- I) ROAD WORKS
The contractor will establish working benchmarks in the area shortly after taking possession of the site. In order to facilitate the setting out of the works, the center line of the highway or highway must be accurately determined by the contractor and approved by the Registrar. The Registrar and any person authorized by him shall at all times have access to the works and to all workshops and places (including the required documents) where the work is being prepared or from which the materials, articles of manufacture or machinery for the works and the contractor are obtained shall afford all facilities and all assistance in or in obtaining the right to such access. The Contractor shall arrange for the provision of a fully furnished and equipped field laboratory, which shall be manned by adequately qualified technical staff. This will be considered as incidental to the work and no separate payment will be made for the same.
SUPPLY OF COLOURED RECORED PHOTOGRAPHS AND ALBUMS

DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD (CLAUSE 20) – 24 MONTHS
The price adjustment for the increase or decrease in cost due to the work will be paid in accordance with the following formula:.
