Annexure-I MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU)
(To be executed on plain paper)
This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into this ____ day of the month _____year ____between Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) and ____________ (herein after called as Customer).
This MOU is valid for a period of ONE (1) year (or part thereof) with effect from _________ to ______and shall cover the following categories and quantities of materials.

That it is clearly understood between RINL and the Customer that this MOU is not an enforceable contract and future contract(s) will be entered between the parties to the MOU at the Branch level for supply of Iron and Steel materials through direct dispatch / stockyard delivery, as per availability.
The MOU shall be governed by the terms and conditions detailed in the enclosure (Annexure-A).
(The customers have to establish their identity as SSICs/NSIC/ MSEs, SSIs . In case of SSICs/NSIC/SSIs, the customers have to submit their registration certification giving the status of their establishment. In case of SMEs, the SME status is to be mentioned by the customer supported by a valid UDYOG Aadhaar Certificates and/or UDYAM REGISTRATION Certificate. The Branches are required to verify the UDYOG Aadhar certificates online through the link https://udyamregistration.gov.in/UA/UA_VerifyUAM.aspx and UDYAM Certificates with the link https://udyamregistration.gov.in/UA/UA_VerifyUAM_Details.aspx), or any other relevant link provided by the Government of India.
