The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering organizes short term course jointly in association with National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research-Chandigarh on the topic “VLSI Design” from 13.03.2017 to 17.03.2017 at ECE Seminar Hall, First Floor, IT Block, SCSVMV University.
The objective of the course is to train and upgrade the faculty in the field of VLSI Design.
Most of the Electronic Industries are using various CAD tools for Front End and Back End VLSI Design. In this STC Xilinx ISE and Microwind Software will be used for front End and Back End VLSI Design respectively. This course will also include exposure to PCB design using Eagle S/ware.
The course contents are VLSI overview, CAD tools, Logic Synthesis, VLSI architectures, VHDL, Design and Simulation using ISE Software, Lamda Rules for VLSI Design, Microwind S/w based CMOS Design & Simulation, Case Studies
There is No Course Fee.
