2. HOW TO GET STARTED
To start using the application for the admission of the applicants into various programs in VSSUT, enter the URL https://vssutadm.samarth.edu.in in the browser to land onto the following welcome screen as shown in Figure 2

2.1 REGISTERED USER (LOGIN)
In admission page you will be able to access the login screen for both New Student Registration and Existing Student Login as shown in Fig. 2-1. If you are an existing user, then login to the system using your email id, password and Captcha.

2.2 NEW USER (REGISTRATION)
In case you are new to the system and have not yet registered, then you can register into the portal for the first time having an active Email address. For doing so, click on the” New Registration” Option in Fig. 2.2, and follow the steps
mentioned in the fig 2.3
Enter the Name of the Student same as mentioned in your certificate (As in 12th standard) in the textbox.
Provide a valid and active Email Idfor communication/receiving the notifications.
Enter a valid password.
Enter the 10 digit valid MobileNumber for communication /receiving SMS alerts for communication/receiving the notifications.
Then click on “Register”.

Please Note: This Email id may either belong to you or to any of your family member that is accessible to you.
You will receive a verification code/OTP in your Email id provided for confirming if the Email address provided are in active state or not. Check the email id if the OTP is not received within 5 minutes, then clicks the Resend button to send the OTP again as show in fig 2.4.

Doing so you will be taken to the verification page where you have to use the received OTP to verify authenticity of your log in credential in fig 2.5

3. DASHBOARD
On successful registration Sign In with your registered Email id and password, you will land onto the following VSSUT admission dashboard, refer Fig 3

Click on “Complete profile” for the next step.
3.1 PERSONAL DETAILS
You can fill-in your personal details to apply for admission into various programin vssut for the current yearunder the Personal Details section, refer Fig. 3.1

Your information including Applicant Name, Gender, Date of birth, Category, Blood group and Religion.
Enter place of birth.
Enter family details.
Enter your current address and permanent address.
Enter your bank details.
3.2 OTHER DETAILS
Enter Other Details in Figure 3.2

3.3 UPLOAD DOCUMENTS
Upload all the required documents and submit profile as show in figure 3.3

4. APPLY PORGRAM:
After submitting the profile now we can apply the program selection as shown in fig 4.

4.1 PROGAMME SELECTION
In program selection as shown in figure 4.1 you can chose program level, program, and National level admission test and enter the score obtained in it.

4.2 ACADEMIC DETAILS
In Academic details as shown in figure 4.2 you can enter your
Qualification details class X or equivalent and qualification details of class XII/ Diploma choose program level, program, and National level admission test and enter the score obtained in it.
Click “Save And Next”

4.3 UPLOAD DOCUMENT
In upload section as shown in figure 4.3 you can upload your class X (mark sheet and certificate in a single file in .jpeg,.jpg,.pdf format )and class XII(mark sheet and certificate in a single file in
.jpeg,.jpg,.pdf format )
Click on “Preview”.

4.4 PREVIEW
In Preview section we can see the details filled by you.
Click on “Pay Fee”

4.5 PAYMENT
In Payment section you can verify the details by clicking on the checkboxes.
Click on “Payment Gateway Bill Desk”
Pay the fee as for your convenient.

4.6 Print Acknowledgment Slip
After payment download the acknowledgment slip
Click on “Print Acknowledgment Slip”
