of Medical

Colleges Regulations (Amendment), 2010

(Part

ll) dated 16'' April 2010 and act accordingly at appropriate time, which reads as under:-

(2) The recognition so granted to an Undergraduate Course for award

of

MBBS degree shall be for a maximum period of 5 years, upon which

it

shall have to be renewed

(3) The procedure for 'Renewal' of recognition shall be same as applicable for the award of recognition
