Abstract- Residential rooftop solar systems play a crucial role in promoting renewable energy and achieving environmental sustainability. This paper explores the benefits and impacts of these systems for users and non-users alike. It discusses how residential rooftop solar systems empower users by providing a sustainable energy solution that reduces reliance on fossil fuels, lowers electricity costs, and contributes to a cleaner environment.
Additionally, it addresses the barriers that hinder the adoption of these systems by non- users and presents strategies to overcome them. By examining the role of residential rooftop solar systems, this paper highlights their significance in driving the transition to renewable energy and fostering a more sustainable future.

1 INTRODUCTION
