The repayment plan will consist of the total loan amount (including the subsidy) by adjusting the subsidy amount after the liquidation of the net bank loan (without the subsidy). Inspection before and after completion of the project shall be carried out by the participating bank to verify physical, financial and operational progress as and when required. Delivery of extension services must be the main component of ACABC and be the main component of ACABC projects to avail the benefits of grants under the scheme. The subsidy allowed under the scheme will be kept in "Subsidy Reserve Fund Account" (borrower wise) in the financial bank's books.

The grant in all such cases will be prepared on the basis of the fixed capital and one operating cycle of the working capital as a compound loan. Banks should prescribe rates of interest as per the declared policy of the bank for the relevant sector at the time of sanctioning the loan amount. Therefore, it has been decided that the benefit of grant will be extended up to 2 times to a candidate under the scheme as per the approved rates mentioned in 6.3.1 of the project cost of ` 20/25 lakhs or.

After sanctioning the project and disbursing the first installment of loan, the bank will forward a short project profile-cum-claim form for grant in the prescribed format along with a copy of the bank's sanction letter to NABARD's regional office (Annexure XIII, XIV, XV). After crediting the subsidy in the grant reserve fund account of the borrowers under the scheme, a utilization certificate in the prescribed format (Annexure XVI/XVII shall be. NABARD shall send a monthly report on the progress of the scheme in the prescribed format to the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperation, Government of India and a copy shall be sent to MANAGE.

The linkages of agri-preneurs with state governments, banks, agro-industries under GOI and other stakeholders will be reviewed by MANAGEMENT and DAC at least twice a year. The DOE will employ contractual staff, arrange review meetings / workshops / interfaces and conduct periodic monitoring of the Scheme and its impact evaluation study at the end of XI Plan. NABARD may prescribe suitable formats for submission of various reports by participating banks, keeping in view reporting requirements of the DAK and subject to guidance of DAK/Empowered Management Committee.

Each NTI may nominate five best Agri-preneurs trained by their institutes in the format provided for the purpose on the MANAGEMENT website. MANAGE will shortlist five best agri-preneurs from each state (from the states that have at least 100 established businesses). Criteria will include the number of farmers benefited, intensity of benefit, jobs created and strength of business model.

The awards committee formed to select the best nodal training institute will also decide the best agri-entrepreneur in various states.
