The Annual Maintenance contract (AMC) wduld remain in force for one year from the date of award of the

co ntract.

(ii)

The rates quoted shall remain in force for the

full

period of contract. No demand

for

revision of rates on any account whatsoever shall be entertaine{ during the period of r:ontract/extended contract;

(iii) The'AMC'shall

be covered all preventive lnaintenance, corrective maintenance and replacement

of

all ncludlng scanner, printer head, moving parts etc. (except parts including plastic parts (body) are covered under
