PROVIDING OF INTERNET LEASED LINES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University (PJTSAU), Hyderabad require ILL at following locations with bandwidth indicated below. The University has decided to equip certain colleges and research stations under its control with Internet facility for which it was decided to call tenders

The tender application forms and other details will be available from 20-08-2020 (11:00 AM) to 29-08-2020 (5:00 PM) on the University website: www.pjtsau.edu.in
Filled in tender form and technical bid should be enclosed with two Demand Drafts (i) for Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) towards application and registration fee (Non-Refundable), (ii) for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) towards EMD (Refundable) drawn in favour of “The Comptroller, PJTSAU, Hyderabad”. The tender and technical bid form (Annexure – II) and Financial bid form (Annexure – III) kept in two separate sealed covers and later both enclosed in a single cover shall be dropped in the Tender Box kept at the University Computer Center, PJTSAU, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad – 500 030 on any working days from 20-08-2020 to 01-09 -2020 between 10:00 AM and 3:30 PM.
Technical and financial bids will be opened on 04-09-2020 at 11:30 AM for which the bidders may also attend.
The Firm should be Class A Operator / UL License holder firm
The firm shall put 1:1 Band width, 1:1 ILL with unlimited upload and download
The firm must provide 8 Static IPs and LAN ip (/29) + IPv6 also required
The firm WAN IP /30 is required
The Firm must ensure that all the colleges feasibility and provide the bandwidth as mentioned above

Manage the SLA : 99.5 %
Mode of payment : Quarterly
In the event of being successful, the successful bidder shall have to enter into an agreement with PJTSAU for implementation of the work.
The successful bidder shall be required to be ready to lay fiber and Internet connectivity as per the requirements of the University within 20 days from the date of issuing the work order.
In case of a single bid, the profile of the bidder will be examined by the tender committee and the decision of the University is final. The University reserves the right to accept or reject the bid.
The agreement period shall be initially for a period of one year and may be extended for further for a maximum period of three years.
The University reserves right to cancel the agreement at any point of time without assigning any reason thereof, if the firm fails to comply the terms and conditions.
The bidder must comply with the criteria for qualification given in Annexure – II.
The successful bidder shall depute one technical person at Rajendranagar Campus to monitor all the links and down time and furnish reasons for downtime to the locations.
