Terms and conditions for purchase of Automatic Egg Incubator (Setter) machine for Poultry Complex, Anand Agricultural University, Anand.
1. Earnest money deposit for the tender is Rs.9000/- (Rupees Nine Thousand only) and should be paid in the form of Demand Draft in favour of “Anand Agricultural University Fund Account”.
2. Sealed tenders should be submitted to the undersigned on or before 16-12-2013 along with D.D. for earnest money through Registered Post A. D. or Speed Post only.
3. Tender should be superscribed with name of“Automatic Egg Incubator (Setter) machine for Poultry Complex”.
4. Quoted prices should be inclusive of all taxes, insurance, transportation, installation and all other charges, F.O.R. Poultry Complex, A.A.U., Anand and should be valid upto 31/03/2014.
5. Automatic Egg Incubator (Setter) machine should be installed at this department free of cost within 15 days of delivery.
6. In event of dispute regarding any matter related to acceptance or rejection of tender or consideration of tender for purchase order, decision of Dean / Principal, Veterinary College, Anand or person/persons authorized by him shall be final. If needed, tender should be negotiable.
7. For all legal matters, Court of jurisdiction will be “Anand”.
8. No advance payment will be made.
9. Manufacturer Certificate, specifications and relevant literature must be supplied with quotation.
10. Minimum two year guarantee / warranty for after sales-service is necessary.
11.Security deposit of 5% of total amount must be deposited by the party whose tender will be finalized.
12. Tender fee is Rs.500/-. In case of tender downloaded from website (www.aau.in), tender fee of Rs.500/- in form of D.D. in favour of “Anand Agricultural University Fund Account”
should be attached with filled in tender.
13. Accessories supplied free along with Automatic Egg Incubator (Setter) machine should be clearly mentioned. If charged extra, it should be indicated.
14. Party should also provide list of his buyers / customers during last three years.
15. Party has to submit terms & conditions and dully filled undertaking with tender.
