The XI Convocation is rescheduled to August 22, 2015 (Saturday) Chief Guest:
Shri. R. Chandrasekaran, Executive Vice-Chairman, Cognizant Technology Solutions and Former Chairman, NASSCOM.
Venue: BARN Hall
Registration to attend the XI CONVOCATION 2015 (in person or in absentia) Registration for the XI convocation on the rescheduled date is commencing afresh.
Every graduand of the year 2015 is expected to register online in our website http://www.nitt.edu/prm/nitreg/Convocationatt.aspx to receive the degree. The site will be open until 19.8.2015.
The degrees will NOT be issued to PG and Ph.D. students if the copy of the previous academic degree has not been produced with the application for convocation.
The degree will NOT be issued to a graduand who has not cleared the dues.
The degrees will be despatched by speed post service of INDIA POST immediately after convocation, to the candidates who would not appear in person.
The degrees will be posted to the address provided for registration to attend the convocation.

3. The Graduands who have Institute/Hostel/Library/CSG/Convocation fee dues have to settle it on or before 15.8.2015. Kindly contact the respective office for any clarification.

The application form may be filled from http://www.nitt.edu/prm/nitreg/Convocation.aspx after payment of convocation fee (Rs.1000/- to institute account from SBI NIT T (or) DD drawn in favour of ‘The Director, National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli – 620015) and submit (or) send the printed copy of the application to
