The implementing agencies will have the following functions:. i) Annual Action Plans of components 'Training', 'Test' and 'Demonstration' shall be prepared by FMTTIs and ICAR as per Annexure-VII and submit the same to M&T Division of DAC&FW for approval of EC. ii) Identified state test centers shall submit their action plans relating to 'Test' component to the state nodal agency for incorporation in state AAP as per Annexure-VII. iii). Training' and 'Demonstration' components to the state nodal agency for incorporation in State AAP as per Annexure-VII. iv). For the component of 'Installation of Postharvest Technology', State Governments shall include the requirements in AAP as per Annexure-VII. v) All the implementing agencies will operationalize ICT enabled MIS for effective and transparent implementation/monitoring of the components implemented by them.

The training programs will also be publicized on a quarterly basis through print and other electronic media. The trainings will be designed by the implementing agencies in consultation with CIPHET Ludhiana and AICRP centers in the region. e) Financial Assistance: For all user level and other training programs aligned with NSQF organized at FMTTIs are applicable as per the Gazette Notification dated August 8-14, 2015 of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship as indicated below. The travel expenses of trainees admitted to these courses will be reimbursed on an actual basis by normal means of transport from their place of residence to the training institute and back.

Third Party Certification & Assessment Cost

If required, the training institutions will also invite applications for specific courses from the target district under the State AAP. Institutions identified by the State shall conduct user level training programs (U1 to U13) and technician level courses (T1-T9) and as given in Appendix IV. Actual round trip expenses by ordinary mode of carriage in ordinary class, up to a maximum of Rs. 500/- per trainee for other Institutions.

All such test codes will be communicated by M&T Division of DAC&FW to all centers for uniform testing procedures. i) The State Government shall develop its own system/testing centers to ensure the quality of agricultural implements and implements costing less than Rs. The grants awarded will not be used to cover the recurring expenses for test activities and the purchase of vehicles etc., but will be notified to the applicant within a week. iv). Field demonstrations of package of machinery/equipment will be conducted in the districts identified for AAP. Demonstrations must be evenly distributed in the selected blocks. iv) At least 50% of the total demonstrations will be conducted on cropping patterns in selected villages.
