• All the candidates who have applied ONLINE under SPORTS quota as per the notification of the University are eligible to attend the certificate verification as per schedule.
• All the candidates who have applied ONLINE through TS EAMCET-2023 and TS AGRICET-2023 under SPORTS quota as per the notification of the University are
eligible to attend the certificate verification.
• The candidates are required to bring TWO sets of Online application with all enclosures along with original certificates for verification without fail.
• As per G.O.Ms No. 2 of Govt. of Telangana dt 22.09.2020, 0.5% of seats have been reserved under SPORTS quota. A total of 31 Sports Disciplines have been indicated in the said G.O.
• All the candidates who wish to seek admissions in various Under Graduate courses of PJTSAU, PVNRTVU & SKLTSHU are required to bring originals along with two copies of the certificates of his/her sports achievements/ testimonials along with the Form I, II, III & IV (whichever is applicable) duly certified/attested by the concerned State Sports Associations recognized by the SATS which are categorized according to level of the Championships. Submission of Form I, II, III & IV (whichever is applicable) is mandatory, otherwise the candidates will not be considered under Sports Quota. The above forms are appended at the end of the Notification.
Form I: For the International Championships (Medal & Participation) issued by the Federation.
Form II: For Association National competitions (National/South Zone Medals / Participation and State Medals issued by the State Association.
Form III: For the Universities Championships (Inter collegiate, South Zone University All India / World Universities issued by the Universities).
Form IV: For SGF, Central Government schemes, for all remaining events like World/Asian school games, National/State level/ Inter District games issued by the DEO/DYSO/Secy.SGF/ SATS official.
• The scrutiny of sports applications along with Form I, II, III & IV (as applicable) will be done by the competent authority(SATS) and subsequently by an Evaluation committee for finalizing the priorities for allotment of the seats.
• The candidates are informed to read the G.O.Ms No. 2 of Govt. of Telangana dt 22.09.2020 thoroughly before attending the certificate verification and bring Form- I/II/III/IV concerned dully signed by the authority.
• Based on the priorities allocated by the SATS officials, seats shall be filled up as per ranks obtained in the Telangana EAMCET-2023 and duly following the rule of reservation.
• Open Competition (OC) means the candidate belonging to OC, EWS, BC, SC and ST.
• For the Un-Reserved (Non-Local 15%) quota, any candidate from Telangana / Andhra Pradesh / Un-Reserved with TS EAMCET-2023 Rank can compete on the basis of merit and rule of reservation.
• Based on the ranks obtained in the TS AGRICET-2023 and rule of reservation the seats in B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture will be filled up for the Diploma holders.
• The guidelines issued by Government of Telangana from time to time shall be followed scrupulously.
• Candidates called for certificate verification will have to attend at their own cost and only one parent / guardian of the candidate will be allowed to accompany the candidate during the verification process.
• More number of candidates than the availability of seats are called for certificate verification and hence, mere attendance / participation during verification does not guarantee admission.
• In case, the information furnished or the certificates uploaded by the candidates are found to be false, the University will take appropriate legal action against the individuals concerned.
• The University is not responsible for any information provided in websites other than at www.pjtsau.edu.in.
• Parents and Students are informed that the admissions are purely based on merit and guidelines of the University and as such, they are requested not to rely on any middlemen/persons/consultants who try to mislead the students in securing admission into PJTSAU under any quota. The University only through combined counselling will fill all the seats.
• Candidates are informed to read the prospectus thoroughly for the eligibility and selection criteria and other rules laid down before attending the certificate verification & counselling.
• The Candidates are informed to attend the certificate verification one hour before the scheduled time.
