10 Year Plus Journey about GJEIS: From 2009–2019
From 2019, according to the instruction given by the international rating agencies that provide ratings to the journal, we have started to place an agreement index at the end of an article to give more transparency and credibility. The editors are of an observation that paper has been closely monitored by the blind reviewer, which at a later stage was corrected and modified by the authors (Shitika, Ruchika & Vij) in various stages as and when required. to do it.
Role of Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence for Retention
All comments were shared on a number of dates by the authors at the appropriate time and the same were integrated by the author into the calculation. Generally, all editorial and reviewer comments were integrated into a paper at the end and further the manuscript was designated and placed under the category of Empirical Research Paper as its highlights and highlighted the work related to the Higher Education System in India which is an empirical study.

Do Macro Economic Variables and Nifty 50 Move Together?
Review of Literature
Multiple regression results from monthly) showed the impact of macroeconomic variables on the Indian stock market. Shrestha Macroeconomic variables (money supply, industrial production, inflation, exchange rate and interest rates) were tested for co-integrating relationship between indices of China's stock market during January 1992 to December 2001 (monthly). Malaysian stock market was tested for both short- and long-term relationships with macroeconomic variables (interest rates, money supply, industrial production, inflation, exchange rates and balance of trade).
Using cointegration analysis (VAR model in the period 1987-1997), it was discovered that both stock market indices were integrated with other variables in both the short and long term.
Research Methodology
Oriwo The study investigated the impact of macroeconomic variables (lending rate, inflation rate, 91-day T-bill rate with the Nairobi Stock Exchange Index using regression analysis. Using autoregressive distributed lag bounds testing approach and Granger causality test from June 1990 to April 2014 ( monthly) It was found that there was no significant relationship between the variables. It was shown that from November 1998 to July 2008 (monthly) Generalized Additive Model (GAM) was better fitted than OLS (Ordinary Least Squares) for forecasting stock market returns from the selected macroeconomic variable.
It was found using the JJ, OLS and GARCH model that the variables moved together in the long run.

Sometimes people alter the victim's photos and then post on social media to harass them. Out of all 46 responses were found to be incomplete and therefore not included in the data analysis. It can be seen in the chart below that most of the respondents believe that cyberbullying has a bad effect on a person's normal life.
Depression, mood disorders, insomnia and guilt are primary symptoms that can be seen in the behavior of victims.

The role of trade unions was codified and defined as instruments of collective bargaining on behalf of the working class. Privatization and liberalization, closely followed by the process of globalization, gradually reduced the role of the public sector - the mainstay of trade unions. The unions must also focus on the inclusion of women workers in their fold.

Experimental research shows that the convenience of the Internet is one of the effects on consumers' willingness to buy online (Wang et al., 2005). The model was developed to know the components that influence the online shopping practices of Indian buyers (Exhibit 5). The model examines (1) the effect of risk factors identified in the past (comfort risks, product and financial risks) and Indian logic factors. carrier and basic factors (concerns related to the shipping of items and the exchange of goods) on the mentality towards online purchasing, and (2) subjective norm, mood/attitude, the domain-specific innovation (DSI), attitude and perceived behavior Control (PBC). In this way, in the online purchasing setting, a technological and mechanical know-how specific inventiveness is called.
Attitude has been used in a number of ways in the context of online shopping.
Workplace Presenteeism
- Presenteeism and Absenteeism
- Reasons behind Presenteeism
- Impacts of Presenteeism
- Different Models and
It is wrong to measure success based on absenteeism alone, as extended presence can lead to much worse numbers (Rise Staff, 2018). We see that presenteeism leads to a greater outflow of pro‐. However, at the same time, it is more important that the workplace is free of potential risks due to presenteeism.
However, they cannot function optimally due to health problems.
Perspectives to Presenteeism
How to Prevent Presenteeism
For example, free workplace counseling can help workers and their employers better understand their health problems and symptoms. There is also strong evidence that screening and awareness programs can cost-effectively help reduce presenteeism. Employee assistance programs, or EAPs, can help reduce costs associated with accident benefits, mental health costs, medical costs, employee turnover and absenteeism.
Cost-effective workplace interventions can help address workplace depression and manage absenteeism and presenteeism.
Conclusion
Specially designed employee assistance programs can promote healthy practices and active lifestyles among the workers. Better management of the health of the workforce can lead to improved productivity and thus give any organization a competitive business advantage in the market (Hremp, 2004). Since presenteeism not only affects the mental and physical health of the workers, it lowers productivity and increases social costs.
Thus, EAPs can help increase productivity as they address a range of daily, life and mental health issues faced by employees.

Cluster analysis helps to identify groups or segments that are more like each other than they are like members of other groups or segments.”.
Conclusion
This chapter focuses on concept, scope, procedures and importance of cluster analysis in marketing research.
