E-COMMERCE AS A NEED OF PRESENT SCENARIO IN REFERENCE TO INDIA DR. SANDEEP KUMAR GUPTA

Abstract-E-Commerce mean to sale Product by on line marketing. It means Public Purchase goods by Internet from Various on line site as Flipcart, Shopcules, Amazon etc.
The E-Commerce business may be for Products sold directly to the Consuming Public or directly to other businesses. (B2B is short for Business to Business trade.) the E-Commerce Company are available 24/7 and they Provide their serve every time so they Company give more facilities for then Consumer as home delivery and Payment delivery and after sale Survive And their Customer Care Survive are available at 24/7.In India the year 1991 noted a new Chapter in the history of the online World Where E-Commerce became a hot choice amongst the Commercial Use of the Internet. It Change the tradition market in to new trade of market as say business by Internet. It became the goods are in doorstep of Consumer. By E-Commerce the sale and Purchase became easier for Consumer but all of this benefit are going to against to the retail Shopkeeper. E-Commerce having some negative imp ac for the customer as some time product are not same as shown in website and not good in quality than customer face Some problem.
Introduction-E-Commerce means buy or selling product and service by online business and Consumer through an electronic medium without using any paper. We known E-Commerce in three type one for business to business to (b to b) and second is business to Consumer (b to c) and third is Consumer to Consumer (c to c).It mean E-Commerce is a way of business between company to Company to buy or sale their product or service to each other because every company not to produce every product and having every technology and also E-Commerce is way of business between company to consumer as company sale their Product by online marketing and Consumer order the Product by Internet on their website then company delivered their Product on desktop of Consumer and also E- Commerce business between Consumer to Consumer Some Website also giving facilities to Consumer they can also Sale their Product threw them.
What is E-Commerce-E-Commerce is a way of Business in which buying and selling product and service by online without using any paper. Basically E- Commerce or electronic commerce provide online platform of business as electronic data interchange , internet marketing, online fund transfer, online information, online order, supply chain management, inventory management system. The E- Commerce transactions include online
purchase of Product (as Flipkart, Shopclues, Snapdeal etc.) and if you by musing (it call digital distribution as music, wynk music etc) and if you want to sale your own thing you also have a platform as e-bay, olx ext. It is also provide a platform to buy and sale their product and technology to other business because every Company not Produce all Product and not have every technology to make or Produce product. In E-Commerce We also financial exchange for currency exchange or trading purpose, Now we prove a know term of E-Commerce as Digital Wallet in which an individual make an account an website and it connect to an bank account and it use to fund transfer and online purchase ( as paytem, Airtel money etc).We also describe E-wallet is a type of Pre-paid account in which a user can store his money for any future online transaction it is protected with password. By help of it we make payment for online purchase, rail ticket, air ticket and many others.
Object of E-Commerce-
India has a large No of traditional market because India live in villager but when E- Commerce start in India it Change the market trend. Now Customer are read the Product which is not available in traditional market and Customer get high sales Product quality and on time delivery E-Commerce main object to became as simple as the business means. Customer satisfaction is main part of e- commerce if you provide customer full satisfaction, described quality product on time reliving , 24x7 customer support, best deal offer & good return policy then you make your customer happy and satisfied it is the real main object of e- commerce , if your service is not satisfactory then you can not establish your business or brand . it you not famous and popular among the people then your business not get progress . So e-commerce having an aim to become popular & famous your business and your brand.
History of e-Commerce:-
Ist time in India e-Commerce introduce in 1991. In this year the history of the online world where e-Commerce became a hot choice among the commercial use of internet at that time no one can say that buying and selling online and online trade become a trend in the world and India also share a good proportion of this success in year 2002 IRCTC launched online passenger reservation system by it online ticket booking from any time anywhere . It save the time of passenger and remove the burdon on ticket booking counter . Now anyone can book their ticket online made payment online anytime and anywhere & check availability of the train as well after this airlines are also adopt online ticket booking system in 2003. Now major population use online booking system and also use this system in hotel booking bus booking and transportation etc. are being done using the website like makemytrip and yatra.com after 2007 there are my online shopping website are launched they are giving a big concept of deep discount they also giving discount as buy one get one free, discount in percentage on print price now the also give a new concept of cash back on online payment and giving addition discount by payment on a specified made or specifies bank debit/credit card or digital wallet . Today the online shopping has become a trend in India the reason behind of this as friendly interface, easy payment made, no bound on quality & quantity and customer choice the products base on
size, color, prize & also their speafiece need. Some website are become much popular in India as – Flipkart, Amazon India, Jubong, ebay, homeshop18, myntra.com, snapdeal, shopclues, Ajio, paytm etc. These are give more facility to consumer as cash on delivery, home delivery , 1 to 7 days delivery , 30 days return policy etc.

There are 6 basic types of e-commerce 1. Business to Business (B to B) 2. Business to Consumer (B to C) 3. Consumer to Consumer (C to C) 4. Consumer to Business (C to B) 5. Business to Administration ( B to 6. A) Consumer to Administration (C to

Benefits or Advantages of E- Commerce:
E-Commerce is more beneficial for buyer and seller because e-commerce remove the distance between buyer and seller . By it costumer integrate account with shopping site or make digital wallet and asse shopping experience. Flipkart is the India’s first e-commerce site started by Ex-IITans Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal in 2006. Main office of e- commerce to make every visitor as his customer. A few reasons that is why buyer and seller are move to e-commerce are as follows-
1. E-Commerce website giving chance to customer to shop from so many produce of same specification. So he have so many option to take goods of his requirement . The shopping site like Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal, Shopclues, ebay etc. are show thousand of product of same specification and customer and customer have opportunity to choose what they like from thousand of opportunity.
2. Can access on the go to shop while bored is fun for people who loves shopping . And e-commerce site are the medium for that customer can shop on the go.
3. E-commerce give a medium by which business reach local national and international client.

4. E-Commerce site save money and time of customer. A customer does not visit a shop by spending money for petrol and hours to know about recent trends. By e- commerce online shop is always in your doorstep is you have a smart phone with high speed internet.
5. Online site also save manpower and money once the website is made. E-commerce site are easy to manage. Manpower is need only for update, upload and remove the picture of the products.
Transportation, packing and proceeding are done by the courier services.
Research Methodology:
The study is totally based on Secondary data which is collected from site , Internet magazines, annual reports, published journals, newspaper and e-book etc.
Impact of e-Commerce:-
E-commerce enable people to shop online has a positive impact an consumer throughout the Indian consumer have become more manpowered than before have more chaises of product and available to them at much lower price the they pay in local store . By e-commerce the customer is shop anywhere and anytime. It provides the availability of choice of product in 24x7. E-commerce also enrages the cashless economy by e- commerce customer shop online. Site small or large product the online site delivered product on fixed time at doorstep. And also give feeling of payment by their debt card/credit card and also cash on delivery. If the product are not same specification or quality or size which giving online site the site are also providing facility of return of product in mean time. By the e-commerce customer save their time and money it is the main impact of e-commerce.
Conclusion:-
E-Commerce is playing a big role to change traditional marketing to internet marketing. Now most of the young generation prefer to by product by online site beside traditional shop. Now day by day there is increase internet user and
most of them are enter to online shopping so there is increase online buyer & seller.
Not this mathes ineress upto billion’s of doller. At the end of 2014 there are fourteen crore internet userrs in India but only two and half crore and doing trade over the internet. But now this number is creators day by day. We hope that by e-commerce will be increase billions of dollars in India by monetary fund.
