ABSTRACT
In the article, the reforms in the education system, innovative changes, training of highly qualified specialists for the homeland, family, creating the necessary and sufficient conditions for the participants of the education process in order to improve the quality and efficiency of education, in accordance with the requirements of the labor market, are carried out in the article. is shown to be increasing.

Those who have the highest goal of serving the original motherland by simply repeating the great sacred phrase "Motherland" are always distinguished by their personal activities. For us, raising selfless citizens is one of the highest moral duties and responsible tasks, with the highest goal of truly loving the country and bringing it selfless benefit.
As the education of youth has risen to the level of state policy in our country, every spring of talent that opens eyes is nurtured. Necessary conditions are being created for him to fully realize his potential. There are sufficient conditions for talented young people to study and improve their skills abroad.
Our society is very rich with enthusiasm, bright talent, and new creativity of young people who are joining the ranks. In our country, sufficient conditions have been created for young people to grow up as spiritually mature individuals, to find their place in the life of society faster.

1389 It can be said that in our country, not only in the field of education, but also in all aspects, achievements of great economic and social importance have been achieved. In particular, there is every reason to say that Uzbekistan has taken a huge step towards our main goal - to join the ranks of developed democracies in the world and to create decent living conditions and quality of life for the people of our country, within a short period of time by historical standards.
In the last stages of the former union, the first attempt to prepare young people specifically for family life also failed. Because at that time, there was no scientific approach to the issue, including the unique ethnopsychological characteristics of each nation, and although the name was psychology, the content was taught with manuals close to pedagogy. Due to the independence of Uzbekistan, family problems officially took place among the issues of state importance in the Republic.
Family occupies a special place in everyone's life. In the family, the child grows up, from the first years of his life he learns the norms of human relations, learns the difference between good and bad. When children grow up, they repeat in the family what they saw in the family of their parents. The family is considered as a social unit of society. The state of the family determines the state of the state. In the family, parents and children are connected by spiritual ties. The level of spiritual culture of society is determined by the level of spiritual culture in the family.
The economic situation of the family depends on the economic situation of the state.
It is not for nothing that our great grandfather Amir Temur raised marriage, choosing a bride, raising children to the level of state policy. The power of the state is in the hands of people who are sane, educated, moral, who have sacrificed their lives for the fate of the people, the nation, and the Motherland. Such people are brought up in the family for the first time.
The moral and spiritual maturity and educational views of the family, family members, especially the parents, are considered one of the most necessary and important factors in child education and development. The peculiarity of family spirituality and family upbringing is that

1390 it not only provides the general and emotional development of the individual, but also develops the existing capabilities and moral maturity of the individual, passing on the parenting and blood-kinship qualities of the parents to the children. For this reason, family education is distinguished by its constant presence, instruction and sophistication. In it, not only the proper teaching of manners, advice, and the experience of adults, but also the way of life of the family, the environment, the profession of the parents, and the spiritual and spiritual relations of the family members play a big role.
When a child goes to kindergarten, school, neighborhood, and generally leaves the house to the street, a different environment, different educators enter and influence his spiritual world. This effect can sometimes be positive, sometimes negative. Mold and vices easily settle in the heart of a neglected child. If the evil in his heart is not cleansed in time, if the voids are not filled with useful things, his upbringing will be derailed.
In addition, mediocrity has a special place in education without flaws. Both excessive harshness and excessive pampering are violations of the same mediocrity. Incessantly probing a child leads to narrow-mindedness, lack of courage, and prepares the ground for the derailment of the morality of leaving him completely to his own nature.
In short, education is a continuous process that continues from the moment a person is born to the end of his life. During this process, the negative or positive impact of events in the environment on a person determines the extent to which his human qualities are formed. Today, one of the most urgent problems facing the education sector is aimed at this goal, which is to ensure the formation of the future generation as a perfect person.
