ABSTRACT
ATMs have emerged as the most favored channel for providing banking services to customers in the world (Mittal & Dhingra, 2007). The results clearly show a significant improvement in efficiency after the adoption of IT in the Indian banking industry, but also showed an increase in the performance of individual banking groups.
REVIEW OF LITERATUREREVIEW OF LITERATURE
After the extensive literature review to observe the impact of IT on the efficiency of Indian banks, it is clear that there is no comprehensive study available that sheds light on all SCBs and individual banking groups and also on the parameters considered in previous studies. are also not exhaustive and complete. Present Paper is an attempt in this direction and will try to bridge the gap, by taking the key parameters that can affect the efficiency and profitability of commercial banks and will also analyze the impact of IT on all SCBs and individual banking groups.
CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWOCONCEPTUAL FRAMEWO
It has resulted in compliance with the core principles for systemically important payment systems of the Bank of International Settlements (BIS), and has also paved the way for risk-free, credit push-based money transfers settled in real time (Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology, IDRBT , 2010). Strategic information is required by the management information for the continued health and survival of the bank.
RESEARCH OBJECTIVESRESEARCH OBJECTIVES
Data envelopment analysis is a method for mathematically comparing the productivity of different decision-making units (DMUs) based on multiple inputs and outputs. The ratio of weighted inputs and outputs produces a single measure of productivity called relative efficiency.
APPROACHES OF PERFORMANCE APPROACHES OF PERFORMANCE
In the case of DEA, the sample size should generally be larger than the product of the number of inputs and outputs (Dyson et al. 1998). DMUs that have a ratio of 1 are referred to as efficient, given the required inputs and produced outputs.
MEASUREMENTSMEASUREMENTS
Thus, in this study, the sample size of 86 is sufficiently large to account for the limitations imposed by the requirements of the DEA model. One of the basic choices when selecting a DEA model is whether to use an input orientation or an output orientation.
RETURN TO SCALE RETURN TO SCALE
The difference is subtle but important and can usually be best understood by considering whether the DMU emphasizes reducing input while achieving the same level of output, or emphasizes generating more output for the same level of input. DEA offers three possible orientations in efficiency analysis (Charnes et al. 1994): a) Input-oriented models are models in which DMUs are assumed to produce a certain amount of output with the least possible amount of input.

EMPIRICAL RESULTS EMPIRICAL RESULTS
It clearly shows a consistent upward trend in the efficiency scores of all SCBs operating in India. The result shows a fluctuating trend in the efficiency scores of public sector banks operating in India.
CONCLUSIONS OF THE STUDYCONCLUSIONS OF THE STUDY
The efficiency scores of the analysis clearly indicate that foreign banks are leaders with the highest efficient level than 1 in all the years according to both models (table 7). Our hypothesis is accepted after carefully measuring the efficiency scores of foreign banks, which clearly show that they have achieved the top level efficiency after the introduction of information technology in the banking area.
Decision Support Systems (DSS) are information systems - computer-based - that support business or organizational decision-making activities. Therefore, the need for a decision support system is rapidly increasing to increase the level of accuracy in decision making for management.
CHALLENGES AND PROBLEMS CHALLENGES AND PROBLEMS
In more detail, decision support systems can be categorized into two categories, on the one hand there is the one that directly needs the supervision of the decision maker, that is the unorganized, not well defined decisions and more critical and complex. On the other hand, there are the simple decision situations where there is no need for the decision maker direct supervision and the decision can be made automatically by the decision support system (DSS) after all the attributes are set according to the business need.

RESULTS AND FINDINGSRESULTS AND FINDINGS
Analysis shows that 70% of bankers with different positions in Bahraini banks see that the level of experience with the system increases the understanding of the critical points that managers need to focus on to achieve the goal of success of the decision support system. For example, top management support is a critical key to the success of decision support systems, as many decision makers believe, while giving managers some creativity can significantly impact the equation.
EYWORDS
The focus of this study is to create a structure, a continuous and smooth flow of information through web services in an efficient way to support SMEs in the textile sector with a unified graphical interface, as the interface is a measure of the success of applications. The SME sector is mostly facing the problem of fragmentation and cluster-based industry in different geographical locations.
BACKGROUND
Enterprises are increasingly used to fast-paced business environments that require the need to respond to fast-moving windows of opportunity and respond to challenges and growth opportunities and shorter lead times for decision-making. Rapid environmental changes, diverse business developments and continuous improvement in their information system, many organizations think to improve their business processes through integration and B2B (business to business) collaboration.

According to [3] "the goals of cloud computing is the migration of users", data and processing from desktop computers (client system) and corporate servers to the cloud [3]. Cloud computing in simple words is the provision of services or capabilities over the network and is divided into the following three entities. a) Software as a Service (SaaS):.
SAS BASED ERP
The cloud computing has brought many services, that is, database, storage, backup, data replication, data protection and maintaining the security of the services [4, 9]. Application interface plays an important role for the adoptability and effectiveness of the application.
REVIEW OF LITERATURE
It was consistent with the study of Aruthari (2005) who studied in information technology adoption by companies in Thailand, the results showed that the barrier to adopting CRM practices consists of the following factors which are lack of perceived benefit of CRM -system, lack of adequate funding, lack of adequate human resources and resistant to new technology (Aruthari, 2005). The study of Limsarun and Pacapol (2010), who studied in CRM practices of ICT listed companies in Thailand, has shown the results of managerial perspectives that the managers believe that individual level of computer self-efficacy, IT and business culture gap, organizational CRM mindset and CRM software utilization are the influential factors for success of CRM practice (Limsarun & Pacapol, 2010).
RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
The interviews are also designed by the researchers to control both the content and focus of the interview. Before the end of the interview, the researchers give the participants a rank from 1 (the most important factor) to 10 (the least important factor) on the CRM factors that influence their perspective.
ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION
The official letters and guidelines containing the required information have been put together to understand the interview objectives and the information that will be collected and recorded by the researchers. The interesting quotes from the participants were recorded and analyzed by the researchers to highlight the important and different factors for their perspective that were related to the secondary data and previously studied.

KEYWORD
All companies use ERP systems to integrate gaining a competitive advantage and high employee productivity gives the company a competitive advantage and increases human capital. Findings from the results provide valuable insights for researchers and practitioners interested in implementing enterprise resource planning systems, how they can best utilize their limited resources, and pay due attention to those factors most likely to influence implementation. of the ERP system.
OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY
From this study it was found that the benefits of ERP implementation are not the same for all functions xiii (Saumyendu Ghosh, 2002). One of the main factors for failure is thinking of an ERP implementation as just an automation project instead of one that includes change management.
ISSUES AND CHALLENGES ISSUES AND CHALLENGES
- Awareness: There is a low level of awareness amongst SMEs for ERP vendors, applications
- Perception: SMEs have the perception that
- Earlier Implementations: SMEs have heard of the much-publicized failures in ERP
- Approach to implementation: ERP vendors advice SMEs to mould the business to ERP’s
- Cost: SMEs have less of capital than their larger counterparts
- Change management: One of the major reasons why ERP implementations nationwide

FACTOFACTO
- Data provided: Adequate and correct data should be provided it had to be collected from
- Parallel systems: When issues began to crop up after implementation of ERP in Finance
- Training and testing: Training and testing of the system should be done properly by the ERP
- Expectations from the ERP System

- Design & Testing: is a very important part of software testing and should not be neglected
- Customization should be less than 30%- Customization Services involves any
- Stakeholders shall be identified in the initial phase including customers and
But ideally, ERP implementation experts have suggested customization should be less than 30%. Stakeholders must be identified in the initial phase, including customers and the initial phase, including customers and suppliers: Stakeholders are all those who are directly or indirectly affected by a company implementing a new ERP system, whether they are organizations such as the supplier's as well as the suppliers.

Information, which is a very important aspect of any business and transaction, can be moved very easily and manipulated better with computer technology. The same change that we have seen in the process of urbanization can be similarly observed in cyberization.
COMPARATIVE INVESTIGATION OF CYBERCOMPARATIVE INVESTIGATION OF CYBER
After a few centuries, we could see that urban society is completely different from rural society. Minimal social pressure and lack of social control make urban society very different from rural society.
CRIMINALITY AND ITS NATURECRIMINALITY AND ITS NATURE
Comparative analysis: Modern & Traditional crimes
Urban society is different from rural one with slums, big industrial plants, cotton mills, working industrial population, poverty, fast life and so many things are the symbolic features of urban society. The weak bond of human relations, degrading human values, apartment and condo culture, fashions, clubs, wide roads, flyovers, railway bridges, dance bars, easy flow of money, 24 hour work, crowded places, departmental stores, huge moving vehicles waiting at signals, the noise of railway engines and begging children are some of the common scenes in urban society that are hardly visible in the countryside.
Incidences of Traditional crime - easy to deal To understand the sea change computer technology
Here it is possible to trace a location, identify a person, investigate facts and questions, scrutinize phone calls, establish "mens rea" and impose liability. The demarcation between cybercrime and so-called traditional crime can be traced on some distinct grounds.
INCIDENCES OF CYBER CRIMINALITY INCIDENCES OF CYBER CRIMINALITY
Cybercrime is easy to commit (if you have the knowledge - how to do it), difficult to detect (if you know how to erase your tracks) and often difficult to locate for jurisdictional purposes, given the geographical indeterminacy of the web.v Cybercriminals' ability to transform resort to new and different forms of anti-social activities that evade the reach of existing criminal law, creating challenges for law enforcement worldwide. Should we stop the use of cyber technology to stop its misuse and its dangerous effect in the form of cyber crime.
CYBER CRIME ON INDIAN SCENESCYBER CRIME ON INDIAN SCENES
It is precisely these qualities of Cyberspace that have become today's nemesis and necessitated the need for Cyber law.xi. Whether cybercrime has become a reality in India or whether it is just a 'horrible story'.
CONCEPTUALIZING CYBER CRIME CONCEPTUALIZING CYBER CRIME
Efforts to investigate whether the cyber crimes are a reality pose any threat to India, the country where it is in its infancy.
DEFINITION, ANALYSIS AND EXPLANATION DEFINITION, ANALYSIS AND EXPLANATION
The above definitions have attempted to describe cybercrime from one angle or another. The definitions mentioned above have tried to define cybercrime by adding some characteristics, traits and characteristics to the nature of cybercrime.

However, computer networks can span the world, an organization, a single environment, or even be confined to a single room. Depending on the area it covers, computer networks can be classified as WAN (Wide Area Network) and LAN (Local Area Network).
SCOPE OF CYBER SCOPE OF CYBER
Therefore, in most traditional crimes, the physical presence of the criminal is essential to the commission of the crime. Therefore, during and after the commission of a traditional crime, we can trace the presence of the criminal at the scene.
CYBER CRIME CYBER CRIME
In such cases, physical presence of an offender becomes the most important question and his defense in the form of alibi plays an important role. However, since cybercrime can be committed without being present at the actual crime scene, the techniques developed to track the perpetrators of traditional offenses are no longer useful.
AND MODERN AND MODERN
In cybercrime, one may not find hair, fingerprints, footprints, bloodstains and odors of perpetrators. Act, 2008 added few more categories of crime to the list, but these additions are still insufficient to accommodate the entire list of cybercrime under the one umbrella of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
