Abstract- The main aim of this project is to reduce the problem of urgently required blood at any hospital. Normally we can see in the Hospitals where the patient required the blood but the donors are not available at that place to donate the blood. So, our project motive is that donor can donate blood at any blood bank which is near to him, and patient can receive from nearest blood bank and blood bank provide blood to the patient. So, it is time reducing process to provide blood to pat1ient and also reduce problem of blood shortage in the blood bank.

1. INTRODUCTION
Now a day, people face the problems of blood donors when patient required blood but the donors are not available at that place. It is to reduce the problem of urgently required blood at any hospital. Normally we can see in the Hospitals where the patient required the blood but the donors are not available at that place to donate the blood. So, our project motive is that donor can donate blood at any blood bank which is near to him, and patient can receive from nearest blood bank and blood bank provides blood to the patient.
So, it is time reducing process to provide blood to patient and also reduce problem of blood shortage in the blood bank. People face the problems of blood donors when patient required blood but the donors are not available at that place. It is to reduce the problem of urgently required blood at any hospital. Normally we can see in the Hospitals where the patient required the blood but the donors are not available at that place to donate the blood. The new online based approach such as Online Blood Bank have very great appeal and its usage highly reflects the actual state of people’s requirement.
2. LITERATURE SURVEY

The Author discusses about the importance of an online Blood Donation Bank system and the problems faced by the donors and patients. The Main focus of this project was to develop an online website which will cover details of donors and patients and help the patients to easily available the blood which is donate by their voluntary donor.2.
“Medicare (Online Blood Bank System)” is aimed at developing an Online Blood Bank System.This system is an online system that can be accessed throughout the organization and outside as well with proper login provided.

Online Blood Bank system help to remove grievance in our society regarding to issue of blood in hospital and maintaining affordability and ease to the patient.3. PROBLEM DOMAIN AND SOLUTION DOMAIN
Since, in present system the voluntary donor have to reach to the blood bank which providing the blood to patient, this is time consuming process.
3.1 Problem Domain
1. Problem occurs in handling of Donor time consuming.
2. Travelling problem for Donor.
3. Problem occurs in handling of voluntary blood donor.
4. The most obvious problem Time consuming.
5. Retrieval of user’s records is extremely difficult.
6. Data entry procedure is prone to errors.
3.2 Solution Domain
Blood can receive and donate easily to nearest blood bank
Completely solve the problems of voluntary blood donors.
The data will become more powerful and consistent.

3.5 Modules
Online Blood bank System is aimed at developing an online website which provide blood from anywhere. This system is an online system that can be accessed by the Blood Banks with proper login provided. Our system is providing only one type of accessing modes, administrator (“Blood Banks”). Its mission is to offer a quick and easy way to provide a valuable blood for the patient. Online Blood Bank system help to remove grievance in our society regarding to issue of blood in hospital and maintaining affordability and ease to the patient.
4. CONCLUSION
This website provides a computerized version of Blood Bank Management System which will benefit the donor’s. The project has been develop with much care that it is free of errors and at same time it is efficient and less time consuming. The important thing is that the system is robust and secure. Also provision is provided for future development in the system.
