INTRODUCTION

PQ-4061 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev dated December 12, 2018 "On additional measures to improve the procedure for patriotic and physical education of youth and training of conscripts in military-technical specialties" decision number.Resolution No. PP-3907 of August 14, 2018 "On measures to bring up young people in a spiritually, morally and physically harmonious way, to raise their education system to a qualitatively new level"

and the Address to the Oliy Majlis of December 28, 2018 “We need to educate our young people and make their aspirations for science a reality. To this end, we must radically improve the system of preschool education, the material and technical base of general secondary and higher education, the quality of scientific and educational processes. "

At a time when the Republic of Uzbekistan is taking rapid steps from national revival to national development, the most important issue is to educate the younger generation, who are the foundation of the country's future, to form them as competitive, innovative, patriotic and ideologically immune individuals. In Uzbekistan's post-independence policy, their role as participants in the process of democratic renewal has increased by involving young people in political and social processes, ensuring their active participation in reforms.

According to this law, when the state implements youth policy, first of all, regardless of nationality, race, language, religion, social status, gender, education and political beliefs, care for young people, legal and social protection, transmission of national and cultural traditions from generation to generation, ensuring spiritual ties between generations, support of youth initiatives, realization of their interests within the framework of the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan to ensure their free choice of path, to ensure the direct participation of young people in the development and implementation of policies and programs in the life of society and youth.

In the context of radical reform of society, cultivating a patriotic spirit in young people is one of the priorities of state institutions. The homeland is a sacred place where man and his descendants shed their umbilical cord blood. The homeland is the land of ancestors, the land where the people, the people, the language, the history, the culture, the customs, the values are truly formed, grow and develop.

“The whole world recognizes that the region now called Uzbekistan, that is, our homeland, is one of the cradles not only of the East, but also of world civilization. Scholars, nobles, politicians, commanders grew up from this ancient and sacred soil. The foundations of religious and secular sciences were laid on this land. ”

In fact, the homeland is always where we were born and raised, where we were educated, where our ancestors lived for many generations, whose intelligence and hard work. the country made comes to mind. The homeland is as dear and sacred as the mother.

Patriotism appears in the process of historical development and is formed under the influence of the external environment and epochs: “Spirituality and ideology cannot be blindly copied from abroad and no results can be achieved. Because our worldview, the way of thinking, the way of life of our people are very unique. The future of the state we are building must be in line with our deep history, unique culture and lofty goals. ”

The sense of patriotism is in the deep knowledge and pride of the people in their history, in preserving the material and spiritual heritage created by the great ancestors as the apple of their eye and passing it on to future generations. It is reflected in the continuation of the part that has become its value, especially in the future of our state, the stability of its independence, a sincere sense of the greatness of its future, and its sincere assistance in building such a future.

After all, the fate of any nation in all times is determined by the upbringing of young people who are its future. Jadid thinkers have also pointed out the importance of the role of education in human life.

In particular, Abdullah Avloni said, "Education is for us a matter of life or death, salvation or destruction, happiness or catastrophe." Education in the spirit of patriotism is a purposeful, systematic and coordinated activity of state bodies, public organizations and associations in the education of youth in the spirit of patriotism. The main purpose of this is to form in the minds of young people a sense of civic position, social values and devotion to their constitutional duties.

Cultural heritage, perceived through historical thinking, displays great spiritual power, wealth, and talent. Our people live in a time when they set themselves noble and great goals, live in peace, relying primarily on their own strength and capabilities, and achieve great results in building a democratic state and civil society. Today, the Uzbek people determine their own destiny, rely on our ancient values, take into account the experience of developed countries, live with promising, noble aspirations, build the free, free and prosperous life that our people have longed for centuries. We understand that our achievements in this direction have been recognized by the international community - precisely because of independence.

What are the ethical aspects of military patriotism now? What constitutes its moral essence and how does it manifest itself in practice? First of all, modern Uzbek patriotism is a direct continuation of the creative work of our ancestors. Contributing to a happy, prosperous Uzbekistan with a great future every minute, love for the motherland, is the true expression of patriotism. Being a worthy child of the motherland, a deep understanding that we are closely connected with its land, water and people, and honoring it is also a manifestation of patriotism.

Military patriotism is a characteristic of young people who have a deep respect for the history and destiny of the motherland, the people, and are able to show examples of devotion in the

833 interests of the motherland. Respect for the motherland, the people, love, a sense of trust are certain common interests,

So, it can be said that patriotism is a characteristic of all people who connect their destiny with the destiny of the homeland, the nation. At the same time, military patriotism means that everyone looks at their work responsibly, preserves the country's wealth like the apple of an eye, contributes to the enrichment of their wealth, strives for the heights of science, and so on.

In a word, patriotism is to contribute to the strength and prosperity of our country through our positive actions and creative efforts: the pursuit of peace, stability and tranquility in our homeland is a sign of patriotism; Patriotism is the priority of the interests of the homeland and the nation in international relations. In general, the main goal of the ongoing reforms in our country, to prepare the ground for the spiritual growth of our people, in particular, to educate young people in the spirit of humanity and patriotism, to develop a scientifically based educational system for their development into morally and aesthetically harmonious people.

Patriotism is a mature spirituality.

The role and importance of the spirituality of young people in the development of society is enormous. Everyone living in the society should strive for its great future to serve the Motherland with their beliefs, goals and interests. One of the important factors of such development is the sense of patriotism in people. Globalization is a global process that has emerged as a result of human consciousness and thinking, in other words, another test of humanity. It is known that in ancient times, mankind aspired to goodness, built gardens, cities, unique architectural monuments, and blocked the path of evil by means such as the Wall of Alexander. Throughout historical development, the whole world has been divided into different climates and regions, continents and states.
